For the high price I wanted to actually see where my pup was going to be playing and staying during daycare, but their "tour" wasn't more than a few feet past a door from the lobby. The lady that gave the tour was very nice, but for $30 a day for daycare I want to KNOW where my pup will be during the day

I want to advise anyone to think twice about going to this establishment. This is the third time my cat stayed at this facility, but unfortunately, after her injury she will not be back here. My cat stayed at the facility October 19-22, 2017 and her hind paws were severely injured during her stay. My cat had severe chemical burns on the bottom of her hind paws. My first time here. I was charged a fee instead of a free day. I received a call back from one Manager stating I will get a refund or if I chose a credit I could use it towards another day. Soni called today Saturday and this other manager says well you can't get a refund but only a credit. I'm not happy because maybe I don't want to bring him back. That's not right at all. I guess if I bring him back they will probably charge me for another day. Very disappointed

The previous boarding company airport park and bark I used closed down. Pet paradise bought there client list and sent me a 20% off one night coupon to be applied to daycare or boarding. I decided to give them a try. The price is slightly higher than what I was paying previously. The facility is nice I had to board my dog March 8- 11, so after the charge for dropping them off 45mins earlier than what their normal operating hours are and the 20% off first night my bill was around $280. Earlier I had reviewed PP with a higher rating, but now must retract my review. The last two times I have brought my dogs to PP I have had MAJOR issues. The first time my dogs had their nails clipped and ears cleaned when this was not requested and resulted in my dogs having their nails cut too short. I was told a $75 credit would be put on my account for use next visit. No offer to give me my money back. Then I bring the dogs back the next week and requested grooming service on two of my dogs. I have used this location a few times and every time you talk to someone it's a different story. From list reservations, some one at the front desk saying one thing the manager saying the other, to miss feeding the dogs even though the food had been seperated and organized. This location is easily eat one of the most overpriced unprofessional environments you can imagine. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have a greyhound who is a rescue and loves other dogs. She likes boarding places typically and leaves happy and healthy. I took her here twice and each time they had messed up her food amounts and even gave her another dogs medicine on the last visit. She was really frantic/anxious when I picked her up. On my way out the manager kept insisting that my dog was too skinny. I reassured her that I actually feed her over the recommended amount because she is so active, but greyhounds are thin dogs. Update My dogs after boarding with Pet Paradise in Atlanta I boarded Aries, Creme Brulee, Goose. When I picked them up last night I saw sunken stomachs and you could see their bones . They were there 18 days. Last time Aries went to the vet he weighed 64.2 lb s. This morning at the vet 48.7 lbs. A weight loss of 15.5 lbs ,24%of his weight. Filthy place that charges a premium. Our dogs who are both long potty-trained came back smelling heavily of urine. Indicative of lack of cleaning of the rooms. They also didn't alert us of one of the dogs not eating well, at which time we could have offered suggestions. Our dogs were neglected and were completely filthy when returned to us after 6 nights.
