This place is one of the worst places I have been to. I would rate this negatively if I could. The back end does not communicate with the front and not everyone honors the same policies. Each location abides by different rules; if it is the same company, how does that make sense? I asked for one of our dog's nails to be trimmed, which was never done, when they said they did it. the only thing i want to hear from the "regional manager" is that i will be fully "reimbursed" for all of tyson's vet bills. not just the bill dated for january 16th, 2015.. he had to go to the vet, that friday january 16th, 2015, and back again saturday january 17th, 2015, sunday january 18th, 2015 and monday january 19th, 2015.. tyson was drugged. you all did not have authorization to give him any medications.. i will never bring him back to that hell hole... this was my first and last time ever boarding him.. tak... read more

I would rate this company negatively if I could. I will never believe that he was NOT given meds while in there. Although someone called and apologized about all the crazy, horrible things that we had to experience, they never even once offered reimbursement (for the "$20" bath, my dog's nose being SKINNED, not taking him to the bathroom, not letting him out to play, not giving him his bone, and not feeding him.)
