My fur baby was going to the JFK location which I loved but it closed so he is now at the Will Clayton location. I have no concerns after his first play day and he seems to like it. I am familiar with this location as my pittie, who has since crossed the rainbow, used to stay at Pet Paradise both locations and they were the only facility that welcomed my pittie and did not mark her as could not return. I have been bringing my pets here for over 7 years. It's always consistent. The staff is welcoming and loving towards my dogs. My dogs are soft and smell wonderful after the "go home" bath. The only place I would trust to keep "my girls".

My dog comes here to play several times a month, and always leaves worn out which is a good thing. The price is a bit high, but they regularly have discounted days that even it out for me. The boarding is a good 20-30% higher than PetSmart though, so I do not board here when I need to leave the dog for a few days, as it would be expensive.

The facility was very clean and smelled good. The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. We appreciated the discounts they offered. I was very comfortable leaving my furry babies. This was the first time I opted to have my furry babies bathed before pick up and they smelled very nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will be returning.

My dog always loves staying here. They treat the pets very well, and check in and out are very easy. Highly recommended for boarding.

Copper dog (my 10 month old Golden) had a blast playing with the staff & other day campers at Pet Paradise! He came home happy & exhausted. The report card was such a cute touch & I could tell the staff here all are huge animal lovers. I'm so excited to board him here when we travel in August- he'll be in great hands & have such a fun time!

My pup had her first day of day camp and she loved it! She came out happy as can be. I enjoyed watching her on the cameras whenever I had the time and absolutely loved her report card. A very nice touch. I will be bringing her back and maybe will try to bring my other dog as well.

Liz, Brittany and the other staff were so wonderful! We had just moved to this area from Austin, and I was nervous about finding a boarding facility that would treat my senior catahoula with tenderness and loving care while we were gone to my mother-in-laws funeral! Brittany was one of the first people I encountered when I went in to ask about their services, and she immediately put me at ease, Including introducing me to HER dog, who looked very similar to mine!
