My doggos LOVE to camp whether for the day of overnight. They get so excited when I pull into the parking lot. The staff is very cheerful and know Harley and Louie by name. My cat, Cecily, seems content and lovable while she is there, so I guess that would mean she is happy! They are tuckered out when they get home, mission accomplished!

Pet Paradise Lake Norman is amazing! Our rescue dog loves other dogs but she is not great with strangers. The staff here handled her perfectly! They were patient with her and gained her trust over a couple of weeks. I'm so impressed by the extra time and effort they gave to make her daycare experience a great one! She is now a regular and melts in their arms when we arrive! Highly recommend

I had a free day care day at Lake Norman Pet Paradise on Sunday, 9/2/18 from 10am to 5pm for my dog, Lenni. The communication was clear on what I needed to bring and they even accepted my Lenni's vaccination paperwork via email. Upon arrival, Lenni and I were greeted immediately. Another wonderful stay for my dog at Pet Paradise in Huntersville! I'm extremely picky as to who watches over my precious pup, and the staff here is amazing. I can ALWAYS trust that they will give him the best care.

Our 3 year old lab has gone to Pet Paradise for both the day camp as well as boarding overnight for when we're out of town. The staff is friendly and does a great job with the dogs. Although I wish there was a better way to check in on him while we're gone, my mind is always at ease when he's there!

Great Management, Staff, and CLEAN facility! I boarded my two fur-babies from Friday through Sunday. When I picked them up on Monday, they were WELL, happy and exhausted! What more could a fur-baby Mom ask for! :-)

I have boarded my dog, Charlie, at overnight places before and had a terrible experience. I told the assistant manager about my previous experience when I boarded my dog at Pet Paradise and she assured me that he would be taken care of like their own. I called a few times a day to check on him and the employees told me specific information about my dogs time at Pet Paradise. The communication manager send me a wonderful email with pictures of Charlie and more information about his stay. They definitely eased this nervous dog... read more
