I have been kenneling my dogs here for years and am extremely pleased!! I highly recommend Pet Paradise!!

Not much to look at but they take care of my baby dog Could use a renovation Love how they have an outside option in the suite kennel so my baby can walk indoor or out at her leisure Love how the vet is here and staff lives on the grounds

Let me first state that the staff is amazing and super friendly. They deserve to be rated with five stars. The cleanliness of the facility was also amazing. Our problem when we left our two dogs in the Presidential sweet was that they did not appear to be happy. Especially at midnight when most of the lights were still on. Who can sleep with all that light shining. They said because the staff walks through to do checks? What are the cameras for? I think they could dim they way down to help the dogs sleep better. We have been really happy with Pet Paradise ! The staff is amazing , facility is spotless and they are super organized ! We were also very pleased with their groomer ! Love the ease of scheduling , updating records and camera watching ! Thank you for taking great care of my girls !

I've been to many groomers, but none as AMAZING as Pet Paradise on Pine Ridge. From the warmth at the reception desk, to our groomer, Ricki, this place went above and beyond. Our little guy, Morpheus, well... he's a bit anxious to say the least. Typically after being groomed he is in a bit of a shell-shocked state... but not this time. The Naples Pet Paradise is the best! My dog, a typical circumspect greyhound, is cautious about anything new or threatening. After the first visit with the staff at the Naples facility, she just couldn't wait to get back for the next playgroup stay. I recommend this pet facility to anyone without reservation. Amazing- from my first telephone call with Austin to meeting manager Amanda & her super staff. I am in love with this place& so is 5 year old Emmy Lou. She needed a place to run & socialize with other small dogs. I don't think she has recovered from all the fun yet. Super clean, engaged staff, webcam access, grooming & boarding. I feel I am leaving my precious puppy in a loving & safe environment. This company has multiple locations that you are able to access as well.

We have been using Pet Paradise for the past year. Winston runs to the car when I mention "doggy daycare" and scrambles to get out the car and inside to play with all of his buddies. He absolutely loves it here which makes me so happy. I get to enjoy my time with no guilt and much better than sitting at home alone. He comes home one tired, content pup.
