Every person working at Pet Paradise are the most dedicated and nice pet people ever?
The local staff is great. my older dog has been going there for over 11 years. the corporate greed is the downside. 2/3 of the year is some upcharge on top of already highly increased rates over the last few years. there is an up charge for every day of a weekend, summer increased rates start 5/23 - 9/1 and 41 days of a $10 per day up charge. And that is per dog per day!! i have 2 dogs and they share a kennel. Its ridiculous how much it costs anymore and they took away every "extra" and charge for it now! so much for loyal ... read more

The employees really care about every pet. They clean and totally disinfect the play yard and every dog's kennel throughout the day. They know every pet's name and give every dog/cat fresh water 1st thing in the morning and at closing time. There is an apartment inside the building where an employee lives full time so there is someone there 24 hours a day. The kennels are sprayed down every morning with professional cleaning supplies and rinsed and then they squeegee any excess water out. The employees go through lots of cla... read more
My family took a trip to California for four days. Pet. Paradise did an excellent job in keeping me updated on the safety of my one year-old Frenchie. They even give an extra touch by giving you a report card on your dogs stay. It was really reassuring to have that. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. The pricing is reasonable.
I've been taking my dogs to daycare here and they love it. They come exhausted and happy. I love the cameras and always feel like the staff does a great job of supervising.
We had a great experience at Pet Paradise with our dog Wally! They had him do a trial before boarding to make sure he would do okay, and they made a super cute evaluation (complete with a hand drawn photo lol). We were worried about leaving him because he's so shy and wary of new environments but they took great care of him, and he seemed happy and comfortable during his stay. They gave him a report card prior to pick up, and we were able to add a bath and nail trim on his last day of boarding. He's exhausted today because h... read more

We boarded our dog Benny for 2 weeks while we traveled Europe. Pet Paradise came highly recommended by family and for good reason. They're phenomenal. We loved tuning into the live video feed to watch our pup play with his new friends. The staff are great and provided report cards that made our hearts very full. When we picked him up, he was a very happy boy from all the socialization and love he got. Savannah, the manager, was especially awesome. We'll be back.

We have been using pet paradise for the past few years absolutely the most phenomenal pet boarding, grooming, and daycare. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They love our Bruno, and he is always beyond himself. Excited to go.
