Hercules loves going to Pet Paradise. They are really good with him. I like being able to see him on video during playtime. They are good about enticing him to eat the first day when he's anxious from being away from home. They answer all my questions and concerns when I call and check on him during his stay. Very happy with them.

My boy Claude spent two days and one night here and loved his stay!! I had them bath him before he came home and he smelled great!! He fell asleep as soon as we got home I had to carry him outside to potty and he went back to sleep. Thank you to all the ladies that doted over him he said he was so happy!!

Pet paradise Phoenix has met all of my expectations! They are very kind and the lobby is filled with pet portraits of pets that visit them. It was very welcoming and warm, the place smelled really good, which is surprising since other facilities I have tried smell unpleasant. The staff made sure that Nugget, my golden retriever puppy, was comfortable to walk into their play room. This review is from my mom: On June 24, 2021, I tripped over an empty paint bucket coming into a dark house from the garage which was also dark. This situation caused me to fall on my right hip breaking the very top of my hip. Surgery for a new hip replacement was necessary. I was kept in the hospital after surgery overnight. My German shepard pup stayed 4 nights. He was very thirsty upon return home. Took him to my vet, who assured me that he was just experiencing some boarding anxiety which is normal. Initial review was 1 star,I updated it to reflect experience otherwise. My dog was negative on all other issues.

Our Corgi, Beau, has been spending the week at Pet Paradise in Phoenix. We are new to the whole doggie daycare thing. We were so impressed with the staff and the facility. Beau loves it there. Getting to watch him play through the webcams is amazing. I am so thankful we have Pet Paradise so close to our home and as place for our pup to go and play. This will be our go to place for boarding, daycare, and grooming. The staff's love for the dogs is evident.

Our pup Loves it here. She has stayed for boarding and training. Lynn is wonderful if your pup needs some training. Our dog is happy to go and is always seems like her normal self when she comes home. The staff is helpful and care about the pets they are caring for!

This place is great, the people are very friendly and helpful. They greet my dog by name and he is excited to see them. I like that they offer baths on Wednesday's.

From the moment we walked in, my dog wagged his tail with excitement. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had to board my dog for three nights and I'm sure he enjoyed his stay. You can tell when a dog is anxious to leave, but he came back out all smiles. I highly recommend Pet Paradise on Happy Valley.....I'll be a repeat customer for sure
