Pet Paradises hours are fantastic. Online reservations are very convenient. When, I pull up with my dog, Ferris, their friendly staff is waiting for us inside. He is happy and exhausted when I pick him up. Check out is very fast and smooth. Also, Ferris has had training sessions with Lynn Woodard. She is loving, brilliant, and has lots of patients to teach you what she's taught your dog. So you're not lost in the process of training. We have used the doggie daycare for our 1.5 year old cattle dogs. The dogs come home happy. There is an app to watch your dogs in the play area. You receive a report card on how your dog enjoyed the day, interacted with the staff and other dogs. It is good to see the increase and improvement in human and canine socialization. There is an option for the dogs to get a bath before they come home. We are very happy with Pet Paradise.

What a wonderful experience. From the time we dropped her off to the time we picked her up it was awesome. We were a little bit skeptical about dog boarding because we are new dog owners and our dog is 8 months old, she is a puppy. When your dog is very nervous,and is going into a place that she's never been to, you are not sue what to expect.They are very welcoming and make her feel at home. I don't write reviews, but I am implored to write this one. Our two pups (Stoney and Colby) have never been to a resort, and we had a last minute trip come up. So day 1 was the "get to know you" visit...nightmare (bc of the pups being scared). They didn't know if they would be able to board them. Matt and team were committed to helping. Although the facility is clean and staff seen professional this was not a good fit for our dog. They lack space. We have a golden retriever and not enough room to run and get energy out. Probably fine for small dogs & older dogs but we are looking for a place for him to be active, be able to play run and burn off his energy. They left him in the cage for three hours for him to get "used to it". I know this because I had the live stream going the entire time.

We absolutely highly recommend this place to board your furry family members. We have been taking our Bella here per recommendation of our veterinarian who actually uses them too. Bella is treated, no actually spoiled like when she stays here. I can honestly say we feel at ease leaving her. Even though she is a fur baby, she still is our family member.....and we are always concerned and worried when we can't bring her with us. We went in to visit Pet Paradise on Happy Valley for our upcoming vacation and could not have been more impressed with the exceptional management and beyond clean environment! Matt made us feel like family and that our pets would not only be in a safe environment but actually enjoy being at this beautiful facility. It is always a great sign when you randomly show up to tour and you leave completely impressed. We booked our puppies stay on the spot and I am actually not panicking as we prepare for our vacation.

Fantastic place. I've been using Pet Paradise for about 6 months now and I have no worries leaving my boy Kodo here for my daycare and boarding needs.
