Nice place for dogs but Mgmt can't keep appointments straight and bump day campers for boarders when they feel it suits them. 2nd time they have canceled on us without telling us anything.

I brought my 3 dogs in for a 3 night stay. I had made reservations to include nail drimmel and an exit bath for all 3. I picked them up today and they didn't get their baths and nails drimmeled . I was told during a tour that any staff member is capable to do a bath on the days the groomer isn't in but not any other service. When I asked why they weren't bathed, I was given a blank stare and a response of "I don't know why?" They all seemed scared of my dog and then after a couple of minutes they told us they could not take him in because he was growling. My dog is a sweetheart but he has very bad anxiety and gets nervous around new people especially in new places. I felt as though they should have done everything they could to make it work because my mom was really stressed and had to make quick arrangements before our trip. The staff are very young yet seem to care about your pets and you get a daily update. The one big concern I had was when I went to pick up my little dogs they had apparently bathed them and then put them in what they called a warming cupboard; and left them unsupervised to dry. This was most concerning as the dogs could have overheated. They where clearly uncomfortable and I told them to immediately remove them. Very disappointed with the way they treated our dog. Our dog is a clean freak and he never pees or poops in his cage. Not sure what exactly happened during the stay here but when we went to pick him up him back after 5 days, our dog had yellow patches on his fur and smelled strongly of pee along with all of his other belongings like his blanket and toy. Apart from all this our dog came back with stomach issues and had loose motions even though we provided them with the food that he regularly eats.

If I wanted my dog to stay in a kennel for the majority of the day, I could have left him at home for free. Despite taking a tour and asking lots of questions, we were never told that our dog would spend a majority of his day at "daycare" in a kennel and you would limit the playtime. After waiting to see my dog play on the poor-quality webcams for over three hours after dropping him off, he only got to play after I called and asked where he was. If I didn't call would he have been left in a kennel all day? And talk about... read more

I had several things go wrong. I was informed because he was not neutered he would not be able to play with other dogs and he would have 15 minutes in the morning and evening with regular restroom breaks. I asked to pay more for extra play time. 30 minutes for $10 was a great deal so I asked for two extra play periods. I picked him up and they didn't charge for it and didn't mention it... the person clearly forgot to log it. Okay starting off I had went to look at the facility about 2 weeks ago and set up my profile and get comfortable with the place. I called today to set up their half day appointment and only had one dog in system. Seemed very unorganized and not put together. SECOND THEY SENT HOME THE WRONG DOG........my friend picked up my dogs because I work overnight at a vet clinic myself and needed sleep and I got a phone call saying he had taken the wrong dog home. I am sad to say that I will no longer be using this facility. I have been a loyal customer of this site long before it was purchased by corporate Pet Paradise. However, today I attempted to make a reservation for one night for my two dogs including day care and boarding as I have done so many times. On this occasion, I was told that even if there was a spot open Thursday, because it was the holidays I would be charged for three nights even though I was only going to need one night.
