Our family travels frequently and this place is our dog's home away from home. He runs to greet the people that work the front desk and he is always warmly greeted by name. The daily pictures of him playing are an added bonus. I can't imagine leaving him with anyone else. If there were ten stars I would have rated them 10.
I can not thank the staff at Pet Paradise in Plano Texas for the love and care they gave my dog Sydney. My dear neurotic rescue dog came with many emotional issues. I had had difficulty boarding her in the past but she settled in and love it at Pet Paradise . As she grew older life became very difficult for her. I knew when I went to work she was safe and happy at day care. She was on many meds and they were always given correctly. I highly recommend Pet Paradise! We have been sending our dog there for over a year now and couldn't be happier. After checking out many other doggie daycares in the McKinney/Allen area, Pet Paradise really stands out as superior. The staff and management have always been extremely friendly to us and our dog and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs! I reviewed this place about a year ago and I said I would give it 5 stars if it had a pool and it does. Roxi (my pitbull) loves to visit their facilities and I am happy with the service. Its no question a little pricey but I'm happy she is well taken care of so that makes up for the cost. It would be great if they ran more promotions for customers that used their facilites more but regardless if Roxi is happy, I'm happy.
I noticed the only two reviews on here specifically rank the grooming services at Pet Paradise. I'll agree, it's not my favorite grooming place, BUT, I'm not reviewing grooming. I take my two dogs here (a 6-year-old golden retriever and 1-year-old border collie/retriever) to Pet Paradise for doggie daycare. They typically go once a week. Sometimes once every two weeks. When we moved to Plano two years ago, we had difficulty finding a quality kennel that was clean and whose personnel actually cared for and about the animals that were left in their facility. Pet Paradise is significantly better than any other facility that we have found. Our two dogs are always clean, healthy, & well fed when they return home. The day care service is well supervised. We love Pet Paradise! They are super convenient being open 7 days per week and no reservations for daycare. Our dog, Lucy, loves daycare and the pool!!! I highly recommend. Stu
When i am not dog sitting them (a boxer mix and a teacup Yorkie) I have taken my daughter's dogs there twice now and they seem to be content there. have not tried the grooming so have no opinion. It is also next door to the emergency animal hospital, so they took care of the bordatella vaccination as well.
After having recently taken advantage of PBR's grooming service, I have to downgrade the facility a bit. We'd gone to another groomer in Allen for nearly a decade, but it was quite a drive and we didn't really care for the business model anymore (all dogs dropped off by a certain time, your dog might be done in 2 hours, might be done in 6) even though our doggies always came out looking fantastic.
