Previous boarding experiences were fine however when they screwed our boarding this last time with vaccine records and did not have the date of a vaccine they needed the ball was dropped. Manager onsite 10/14 apologized that previous person put the date in wrong in 2024 so it did not flag as overdue and the next person who checked the records I just sent for 10/2025 visit did not actually look and just approved it. I will be looking for another service I do feel everytime I come into this establishment no one helps assist me just waiting around. My last straw was when the worker dang near was dragging my dog to the back for her grooming service and I literally haven't been back to this establishment since.

We booked a spa day for both of our dogs. They told us the paperwork that was required so we sent everything we had from our vet and ask them if they received it and whether or not there is anything missing. Four days before the appointment they had everything and responded back that we were good to go and they would see us Friday morning. I've been using Pet Paradise off and on for the past five years but am looking for another facility. There has been a sharp decline in customer service since they had a management change a while back. This is the third time I've had trouble making an online reservation, and when I call, I can't get anyone to answer the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. I have never really written much of a yelp review, and I'm often hesitant to give any business under four stars, but my experience here was awful, and I feel the need to share this story. This was my first experience boarding my dog, ever, and I was horrified at how my dog was treated. My dog has been attacked twice here requiring stitches both times. In last instance, no one even noticed until i picked her up... required 10 stitches. They supposedly reviewed footage and couldn't find anything. At last grooming appointment, groomer cut off her top coat (border collie) which will now take 2 years to grow back. I could not be more upset. Nice people but HORRIBLE establishment. Find somewhere else to take ur dog.

Our dog was a regular day-camper and boarder until a few months ago. On the webcam one day, I noticed the dogs playing with a toy but didn't think much of it. Several days later, our dog started vomiting and was very lethargic. When we took him to the vet, x-rays confirmed he had eaten a toy. We've been a customer for several years however over the past eight months the customer service and care of our pets has dropped off significantly. Most of this is due to the extremely high employee turnover. The current staff is not people or pet friendly as the parent company has very rigid in an effort to increase profits at your pets expense. With several much better options, they should rethink there staff training.

Terrible customer service!!! I booked boarding for two pets well over a week in advance. I even paid a deposit. However, they day I showed up they tell me they will not keep my pets without even more shot records (I had already sent in their records). They apparently couldn't be bothered to call me in advance; instead, they sent an email only 45 minutes prior to my appointment. Who checks email at 8am on a Sunday?!?! My pets had to sit in their crates for 5 hours during my home's open house because of Pet Paradise's poor... read more
