Left our babies for 10 days at the Custer location in Plano. Every day I received updates and pictures via email. The daily communication made my time away from my fur babies far less stressful than ever. Both labs looked like they were having a great time in all Pics. The staff upon check in was professional, reassuring and efficient. On our way to pick them up now and I'm betting the close out will be as good. Hoping we've found Our pups' home away from home!

First, I really appreciate the tour they gave us before we brought our babies to stay here. We have four very lean dogs and they were very accommodating with extra bed and blankets, which is why we left our previous kennel. When we dropped them off before a week and half, they had the most thorough check in process!! I was stressed about leaving them in the first place so it was comforting. They do a great job with our dog for short and longer stays. He's been staying here for years, and has always come home tired and happy.. Their drop off and pick up hours are convenient too.

Our dogs have been going to pet paradise for years and love it. Our Great Dane goes to day camp once a week and we always board our dogs here. They love the facility and the staff...and we do to. They know our names (and our dogs) when we arrive. Our cocker spaniel requires medicine and special good and the staff is always accommodating. Our only wish is that the weekend pickup and drop off times were extended (they were previously open from 7-7 on Saturday and Sunday. I decided to bring my dog here as he was a puppy and needed to be around people daily and I worked 5 days a week sun up to sun down sometimes. My dog loves this place. He mopes when we don't go and darts thru that door when I pull up! The staff is fabulous and helps with his manners as he grew up to be a year old. I would continue to pay $500 a month to take him! Great place highly reccomend.

We've been taking our dog to Pet Paradise at this location for over 4 years now and we have never had an issue. Our dog goes to the day-camp at least once a week and when we go out of town we make sure she stays here and goes to the day camp. The facility - The facility is nice; when your dog stays there they get a small room to roam around in. Which is better than being stuck in a crate. I give pet paradise a 4-star rating for their pet hotel! They treated my boxer Jack with happy smiles from the moment I walked him in! And their great facility and the happy environment with a dog bone-shaped pool gets another star! So all in all Pet Paradise is a 5 star pet hotel! I love them!

I have brought my 2 heelers here several times over the years. The attendants at the front are always friendly and informative. When I pick them up, they are in great shape and happy. Brandon does a fine job running the resort and I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else. Wacky Wednesday is a great attraction and I participate in it often. I drive about 40 miles round trip to have my dogs well cared for and they receive that here. Jack Smith, Dallas
