We've been taking Rowdy to Pet Paradise for boarding for the past year and will definitely continue to use them. Our pup doesn't get along with other dogs which can make boarding very difficult, but Pet Paradise understands and makes sure he gets individual play time and doesn't get left out of the fun.

Picking a daycare for my girl Emma was no easy job! I visited 4 daycares and even sent her to two before I select Pet Paradise. In the other daycares, I felt Emma wasn't well taken care of. She would come home tired and dehydrated, sometes smelly, and even caught a kennel cough at one of them. Luckily I found Pet Paradise. We needed a pet boarding that was close to our new house, excellent care for our puppies, and friendly service. Pet Paradise on Kathryrn Ln fit that bill. The staff made us feel at ease leaving our puppies for the weekend and the ability to pick them up on Sunday. It also helped knowing we could watch them playing on the pup cam. We also chose to have them groomed. They did an amazing job. They definitely will be watching our girls the next time we go out of town.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They track the progress of your dogs socialization with all the other dogs there. I'll definitely be back soon.

We are so beyond happy with Pet Paradise! I was a nervous wreck dropping our Belle off for boarding (her first time)...the staff at the Custer location made us feel at ease right from the beginning. We initially did a free trial day, and were able to watch our pup on camera having so much fun! We loved watching her play with all the other doggies in the various yards, and she was a very happy girl when we picked her up! Just picked up my dog from a few days boarding and I have to say she had the time of her life! She is a very high energy dog and the staff at Pet Paradise spend a lot of time playing outside with her in the large outdoor park-like area running and tossing her ball. When we get home, she is content and falls quickly to sleep for an afternoon nap. I've boarded my three dogs at this Pet Paradise every time we travel for several years now and I've always had a great experience. The staff is outstanding in my opinion. They are all dog lovers and they make me feel very comfortable leaving our pets for several days to weeks at a time. One of my dogs is on medication and the staff is very attentive to make sure she gets her medications administered properly. I've never had an issue with the place and would highly recommend Pet Paradise for your pet.

We recently moved across the metroplex to Frisco and after touring multiple dog boarding facilities, we decided on Pet Paradise Custer. They met all of my original requirements: boarding that includes play time, outside areas to play, a clean facility, web cameras to watch, & nice staff members that we're happy to answer my many questions.
