The groomer does great work with my miniature poodle, Percy. He is a "wary" rescue dog and she had just the right touch with him. The cut is always done just as I instructed, a bikini cut with pompoms. My Percy frequently struts his stuff around lake Carolyn.

After visiting several Boarding places and being very disappointed with the staff - We walked into Pet Paradise and it felt RIGHT from the beginning. Rachel was very friendly, kind and genuinely LOVES and CARES about Animals. Having a special needs dog with special requirements, was no problem, no issues! We did a tour and she called all the dogs by their names which means they care and pay attention to the fur-babies. I will be going here from this point forward.

I had never used a pet sitter or doggy daycare before, so I did lots of research prior to choosing Pet Paradise Premier in Plano. Since day one I have been very pleased with their standard of care. I pay close attention to how my own dogs and those of other patrons react at pick up and drop off. I see lots of excitement and happiness and at the end of the day I have socialized and well exercized dogs. I trust them and recommend them exclusively. For what I pay I am very happy and so are my dogs.

Extremely pleased. We just tried them for the first time. Normally use pooch hotel. Pet paradise is closer. We are sold. They watched our French and English Bulldogs for 12 days. Normally our 8 year old bulldog comes home exhausted and stressed. Not the case with pet paradise. He came home in top form. Best he has ever been after a long stay at a pet sitting facility. Customer service was excellent. We will use this pet paradise location from now on.

3 years later and another 5 star rating for this facility & team. Jackie is still there and knows each pet and cares about their time there as if they were her own. Thanks Pet Paradise for being as good to my pet as I am!

We've been taking our dog and cat here for over a year now and really feel comfortable with Pet Paradise. You can tell the staff loves animals and really makes an effort to create a relationship with your pets. My cat in particular isn't the easiest to deal with in a boarding situation but they've figured out his temperament and make it an enjoyable process for him and myself every time. Thanks guys!

Our babies have such a great time and for us the care and concern of all the staff is so reassuring. I love that they take pictures and post them, it is fun to see when we are gone that our dogs are having a blast. A HUGE thank you goes out to all at the Premier location of Pet Paradise, I know that you have our back and take care of our babies like they are your own!

I am a nervous dog parent. Leaving my boy in unknown territory gives me anxiety. (Not to mention, he gets upset at me for leaving him at my parents' for even a weekend.) Pet Paradise is every pet parents' dream! They provide a low residue food, toys & beds (for sanitary purposes), and for a little extra $, frequent email updates with pictures while you're away. We board our baby about once or twice a month at Pet Paradise. Our dog is a bit timid around other dogs, but not aggressive. She enjoys being with playmates, but not the tiny ones or overly hyper types. Pet Paradise has a variety of rooms for all different sizes and activity levels. On her first visit, they monitored her so that they could place her in the right group.
