Pet Paradise continuously impresses me with their big hearts and the way they love on my senior dog, TJ. I just went by to drop off a bag of food for their annual holiday food drive for the local pet pantry (another huge plus that they do!) and I was so happy to hear them share stories of TJ's recent stay and how they cannot wait to see him again. He keeps coming home exhausted but happy with great Pawgress Reports after each stay. Keep up the WOW experience!

My boy Buster stayed at Pooch Motel and got sick. Worried this time leaving him anywhere I checked Pet Paradise and loved the reviews I read, I was less worried. I called several times checking on my boy and each time they calmed my nerves, even sent me pictures and posted on social media. When I picked him up he looked like he did when I dropped him off. I'm very pleased how well they took care of him. I like they gave him A report card on how he did. He will be back, for grooming or when we travel again. No need to look f... read more

If you ever need a babysitter or day camp for your dog, this is the place to do it! I am a super over protective dog mom and Pet Paradise is the only place I will leave Colt when I go out of town (if he's not with a friend)! This place is like a 4-star hotel compared to Petsmart lol Colt loves coming here because the staff is so friendly & they play with the pups literally all day. Oh, and there is an app you can download so you can spy or your dog when you're gone haha #PsychoDogMom This facility is owned by vet techs ... read more

We have been extremely pleased with the service at Pet Paradise. We were gone for 7 days on vacation and left Ace with his friends at Pet Paradise. They have always had great details about Ace's activities. Kathryn and the crew are very mindful of Ace's eating patterns and are willing to substituted their food when he does not eat ours. All of the workers there are very friendly and helpful. I feel very confident when it comes to dropping off our precious family member that he will be well cared for. Give Pet Paradise at t... read more

So happy! Sterling had a blast. Love the webcam. Would love to have watched him sleep though, so maybe a few more camera would be nice.

The groomer does great work with my miniature poodle, Percy. He is a "wary" rescue dog and she had just the right touch with him. The cut is always done just as I instructed, a bikini cut with pompoms. My Percy frequently struts his stuff around lake Carolyn.

After visiting several Boarding places and being very disappointed with the staff - We walked into Pet Paradise and it felt RIGHT from the beginning. Rachel was very friendly, kind and genuinely LOVES and CARES about Animals. Having a special needs dog with special requirements, was no problem, no issues! We did a tour and she called all the dogs by their names which means they care and pay attention to the fur-babies. I will be going here from this point forward.

I had never used a pet sitter or doggy daycare before, so I did lots of research prior to choosing Pet Paradise Premier in Plano. Since day one I have been very pleased with their standard of care. I pay close attention to how my own dogs and those of other patrons react at pick up and drop off. I see lots of excitement and happiness and at the end of the day I have socialized and well exercized dogs. I trust them and recommend them exclusively. For what I pay I am very happy and so are my dogs.

Extremely pleased. We just tried them for the first time. Normally use pooch hotel. Pet paradise is closer. We are sold. They watched our French and English Bulldogs for 12 days. Normally our 8 year old bulldog comes home exhausted and stressed. Not the case with pet paradise. He came home in top form. Best he has ever been after a long stay at a pet sitting facility. Customer service was excellent. We will use this pet paradise location from now on.
