First I will start off saying that our pups are our kids. It is nice to find a place that is so completely devoted to them as we are. I love that we can check in on them with the live cam during daycare. The staff is wonderful to work with and the they have a great variety for the pups to do, splash pad, pool, cots for naps, pet guardians to play with, you name it!

This place is amazing. I adopted a hyper dog that likes being around other dogs so I thought she would do good with day camp. I booked a Get Acquainted Day, and when I got there with my hyper dog, the woman at the front desk welcomed us and was very caring and excited to see my dog. She took my dog to the back to ensure she would be good with other dogs. Luckily, she was. My dog was so happy to be there. She was wagging her tail, jumping in the pool, and meeting new friends. Had a great experience with this place. However, I think my dog, Cooper, had an even better experience. I was away for a trip but I enjoyed being able to watch him playing and having fun on the webcams they have around the facility. The entire place is spotless and they work very hard to accommodate all unique feeding instructions (Cooper has a combination of wet and dry dog food). I would highly recommend Pet Paradise. The fact they have an on-site Vet is an added plus!

I took my dog to the vet here when my normal vet wouldn't see him for nearly two weeks. They were extremely sweet and helpful with the knowledge they were providing about my new puppy. They answered all my questions and offered their professional opinion for different flea meds. To my surprise, they called me two days later to check on how my dog was doing and if the peroxide was helping his nail infection. This small gesture made a huge difference to me. Dr. Basset is hands down the best vet I have ever taken any of my dogs to. He truly cares about finding out what is wrong with your pet & will take the time to make your pet comfortable with him. My dog is a jerk at the vet, but he was able to calm him and examine him. Some vets have made me feel ridiculous when asking questions in the past. My family recently decided that we could no longer keep our dog, Lola. It was a heart-wrenching decision, although it was the right one. We are so busy and chaotic, and it was clear that Lola was not living her best life. I called Deja, and tearfully explained our situation. Deja offered to post a few pictures of Lola on their social media pages, and see if anyone was looking for a dog. She said she would call me back in a few days. This was our first experience with Pet Paradise. We took our newly adopted lab there for his "get aquainted" day and he had a blast and was super tired when we got home. We are going to schedule him for a few more days and see how he does. It's great seeing him play with all the other dogs during the day versus leaving him a crate while we are at work.

This place is really unbelievable! The Veterinarian is great and the entire staff is so friendly and act like they truly care about your pet. The day care is an awesome place for my puppy to socialize and I can't say enough about the facility itself. Love it!

I really like how kind and courteous the staff was. I was able to watch our dogs enjoying themselves while they stayed there. Will take our dogs there from now on. A big thank you!!!
