I took my dwarf rabbit in to see Dr. McRoberts for the first time today and was extremely pleased. It's difficult to find a vet that has experience with bunnies, but I called a couple of rabbit rescue organizations and received a recommendation for Petcare. The staff was very friendly, and there was no wait time. The vet tech was friendly and very thorough. Amazingly good vet. I did check out Sirrom's other reviews and they are worth reading because she hates everyone and everything. It was the WORST here and the RUDEST there etc. The care for animals here is absolutely first rate.

Without this vet, my cat would be dead. I first took him here for routine shots but over the last few years I've had to take my cat here for much more serious reasons. I took him in when he looked like he was on death's door. Every cat that I've seen in that state has died but not him because of this vet. After running various blood tests an X-ray was taken and he was put on antibiotics. We found out that he has a diaphragmatic hernia. Pet Care is a great clinic! I have been bringing my dog here since 2008. The staff are friendly and you can tell that they genuinely care about your pet. Dr. McRoberts is caring and knowledgeable. She is a wonderful Veterinarian! When my Chihuahua became very ill out of no where last week they were able to see him right away. After a few tests the doctor figured out that he had Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis which can be deadly if not treated right away. He had to be on IV antibiotic and fluids. I have been very happy with this vet for my rabbits. It is very competent rabbit care. The prices are very hard to beat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. One of the very few good rabbit vets around, period

Ive been here a few times for my dog Kobe. He has had really bad allergies (mainly to fleas) and was missing some hair on his butt due to biting all the time.. Nothing helped with the hair growing back.. Other vets I would take him to gave me topical lotions and sprays, and they didn't work.. Petcare gave him some antibiotics and steroid type pills and it helped tremendously!! Also, they gave me so much information on what to do and helped me figure out that all his biting could be cured with the flea pill (Comfortis) rath... read more

We've been bringing our pets to Pet Care for years.... Our dogs, cat, and even guinea pig. We've had positive experience after positive experience with the staff. They are attentive and truly care for animals... it is so evident. I feel that I'm given options and choices and always treated respectfully regardless of my decision. I would and do recommend Pet Care to everyone I know.

I take my dog here mostly because of the price. The only reason I didn't give it higher stars is because of the waits. They need a bigger staff and better phone system, seems like you're always on hold. I think this must be because of a lot of people so why not afford a bigger system. Pricewise they went up a bit which I'm not too happy about but still good. I have no complaints about the treatments.
