I've finally found a vet who is honest and doesn't try to sell me anything. This is also a place that has taken great care of my dog and is more affordable than any other vet I've been to. They don't try to do procedures on your dog just because they want more money, nor do they try to sell you any products your pooch doesn't need. I was also given a prescription for medication for my dog's arthritis that I could actually afford!! I would definitely recommend this to anybody!
Looks like they have hired more help. Schedule the first appt and you won't have a problem. The girls at the front are understanding and helpful.
Very polite and nice staff. Affordable and quality care for pets they appreciate as much as you do :) Also, no hassling on service and money. The staff happily answered all the questions I had on comparison of prices to service packages and have never tried to up-sale me in care or get me to do anything I didn't want for both of my cats. Great place for basic pet care!
This place is amazing! I've been taking my entire fur family to this clinic for 5 years and I would never go anywhere else for multiple reasons: 1: They have the best prices in town. I've checked. 2: They offer Eastern medicine options as well such as acupressure and Chinese herbs. They will offer you a number of treatments for your pet instead of insisting on surgery. Came here to get my furry child's vaccines updated. They moved about three doors down from their original location. They are next to H&R Block. This new location is much more bigger and beautiful. We've been coming here for over ten years and I'm really happy that they have expanded their office. The previous location was adequate, but this is fantastic. if you want the absolute best care for your pets, but also don't have a lot of money, this is the best of both worlds. i have 2 cats and a dog, two of which are seniors so they need to have more regular vet care. i will never take them anywhere other than Petcare, if i can help it. I took my dwarf rabbit in to see Dr. McRoberts for the first time today and was extremely pleased. It's difficult to find a vet that has experience with bunnies, but I called a couple of rabbit rescue organizations and received a recommendation for Petcare. The staff was very friendly, and there was no wait time. The vet tech was friendly and very thorough. Amazingly good vet. I did check out Sirrom's other reviews and they are worth reading because she hates everyone and everything. It was the WORST here and the RUDEST there etc. The care for animals here is absolutely first rate.
Without this vet, my cat would be dead. I first took him here for routine shots but over the last few years I've had to take my cat here for much more serious reasons. I took him in when he looked like he was on death's door. Every cat that I've seen in that state has died but not him because of this vet. After running various blood tests an X-ray was taken and he was put on antibiotics. We found out that he has a diaphragmatic hernia.
