Our Cody boy was very sick. They got us in quickly, completed the necessary tests and unfortunately we had to say good bye. They were compassionate and caring. Offering hugs when needed and very understanding and patient during his final hours. We appreciate they love for the animals the staff clearly has.

Sarah miller , she did not have to do what she did for me and my daughter Marie (cat) lol but seriously, People are not so nice to me out here and I hate asking for help and she did more then that so just know Sarah you will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

I could not have been happier with the care we got at Pet ER! We were seen quickly, even at 1 AM! Every single person we spoke to was caring, listened to us and cares for our sweet girl. Of course we expected to pay a lot, we got a range of price for the care and surgery- and we ended up getting money back from our deposit. The doctors we spoke to were so wonderful! so smart, compassionate and great leaders of the Pet ER team!

The staff at the 24 hour emergency hospital saved our dog. I couldn’t be more thankful for the tireless, round the clock care they provided. They were honest with us during our entire 3 day stay, explaining the cost and options. They truly wanted to provide the best care possible. I’m so incredibly grateful to all the employees. Please show the vets, vet techs and all the staff as much love and gratitude as possible. It’s a hard job and I couldn’t imagine doing what they do! Thank you for saving our Meatball!!!!

I brought my cat to the Pet ER after he had a seizure late at night. The staff was AMAZING! Not only was the staff great in treating my cat and contacting me with updates multiple times a day about his condition, but they also took care of me, ensuring that I was taking care of an injury that I sustained as a result of the incident and checking to make sure that I understood everything that was happening with him and felt comfortable with the treatment plan that they put into place. Your team was wonderful!! Knowledgeable and caring.! My dog was seen immediately upon arrival. The care and sped with which we were seen was equal to or better than a human hospital E.R.The diagnosis and prognosis were not good. Unfortunately he could not be saved. You gave me all the time I needed to make the decision to euthanize him and let me just sit with him as long as I needed.
