Time response very positive
Our positive exhaust fan failed, so we actually had two techs help us with our furnace problem. Last night Andrew came to assess the problem with our furnace. This morning Emerson arrived with a fan assembly to repair our furnace exhaust fan issue. Both men were expert and professional in their activities in our home. They both worked to ensure our problem would be solved as it was. Thanks' to them and Petro, we have heat.

Called about no heat. Call was answered promptly. Representative extremely pleasant and helpful. Offered same day repair services. Technician was timely and seemed knowledgeable, explaining issue and resolution.

Originally called for a furnace and tank check up under service policy. The technician was timely polite courteous and efficient. Still had some problem with furnace starting up called back and they sent a technician out the next day very timely helpful put additive in the oil tank. Problem still wasn’t totally resolved , called back and technician was here promptly and couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful. It appears that the problem has been resolved. Petro has been very responsive!
