Great! At a difficult time due to the current health issues, they were quick, informative, and always kept me informed about the tech and his arrival time. Once here the self distancing rule was observed, and he did his work in a timely fashion. Also his explanation of the problem was very informative.

I am having an intermittent problem that is hard to diagnose. It seems to occur only when the system is switching from heat pump to oil heat. The technician replaced the nozzle and the lense on the flame sensor. They were needed changes but made the problem worse. The second tech adjusted the spark gap and checked the high voltage. The furnace was running when he left. We will need another cold morning to see if the problem has been solved.

The Tech was excellent. He made sure the heat was in in every room before he left. He was polite and very pleasant. I believe his name was Bob.
