The Petro technician and tech-in-training did an excellent and detailed annual tune-up of my oil fired hot water heater and furnace. As an engineer I did my own tune-ups when the house was new and know the issues that can occur with my system. But I have had Petro install and maintain all my replacement furnace, hot water heater, and A/C for over 30 years since. The last service man was great he knew what he was doing ,corrected all the things the guy was suppose to do during yearly tune up,he did not do nothing.

I bought my house almost 6 months ago. I had never had oil heating before. Petro has provided excellent customer service and specifically Mark Londer in sales has bent over backwards to take care of my heating needs as a brand new customer. My furnace went kaput on a Wednesday, Mark came out and provided an estimate and helped me get financing right away and the new furnace was installed in record time! Thanks Mark and Petro. You’ve made a customer for life.

Your service technicians are all good and Im satisfied with their service. Im really upset about the cost if my heating oil. Its so expensive that Im considering switching to electric . I currently have a dual system and Im going to evaluate heating cost using my heat pump for the month of Feb.
