David was very polite, let us know everything he had to do. He had to work in a hot attic- diagnosed the problem and communicated the process of ordering the part and the next steps. .

Jamal came in the middle of the night, was very helpful and pleasant. He also advised us as to how to mitigate the problem in the future. I am very happy with the service provided by Petro.

Petro has a good service department but fuel price is higher than other oil companies. The price charged to me for oil last year was very high and there is no negotiations which is not good business
