Technician very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He answered all my questions.

I have discovered that your phone system was disrupted and it was difficult in reaching your customer service. But once I reached you, getting help was excellent and I was given an appointment time on the same day at a particular time. I waited 2 hours after the scheduled time and had to call back to check if I was still on the schedule. I should have been contacted with a a new scheduled time so that I would know I was still on the schedule. When the technician arrived, I told him where to park his vehicle so not to block m... read more
Called for yearly furnace tune up and was scheduled right away. Repairman was on time , very professional, very helpful. Still needed some unforeseen repair. Called and receptionist was very pleasant and schedule repair for few HOURS later. Repairman arrived within window of scheduled time and was courteous and efficient, solving the problem and making repair promptly. I have been very impressed with this service!
