I did not meet the person or speak with anyone who came to check my air conditioner. So I don't have their name or their assistant.

I have discovered that your phone system was disrupted and it was difficult in reaching your customer service. But once I reached you, getting help was excellent and I was given an appointment time on the same day at a particular time. I waited 2 hours after the scheduled time and had to call back to check if I was still on the schedule. I should have been contacted with a a new scheduled time so that I would know I was still on the schedule.
