They were supposed to come to replace the tank delivery whistle. When I called to confirm the time the service technician was to arrive the young lady that I spoke with (very sorry I did not get her name) asked if it would be okay to have the technician do the yearly cleaning at the same time, because there was the availability of time to do both in one visit. It took three trips here for only a yearly cleaning.....which gave me about two and half days with no hot water or heat. I’m not upset just a little disappointed.........
