Switched my propane provider to Petro and they put a charge on my account for $1778.05 to move my propane tank to a different location on the property. I did not agree to this charge. Buyer beware!
Been trying to extend my contract that its expiring with you guys keep calling and have been told someone will call me back over a handful of times. I'm extremely frustrated as we love our service with you guys and are trying to get a lock in rate and the more time we keep waiting rates are going up. Sales team continues to let us down.

They came out for a quote for a new boiler and never got back to us.

Had a scheduled service call between 12-3 today. No one showed up. Called at 3 and was put on phone queue to be called back in the order it was received. It is now 3:45. Still waiting for either the call back or the Service Rep to show up. Petro used to have great customer service. Been with them Now....still waiting.....maybe time to cancel the service policy and find a new company.
Had an Aprilaire 800 whole house humidifier installed February 2021. The humidifier was making a loud banging noise when it would fill and empty. The technician replaced the solenoid valve in April 2021 and the noise level is bearable. Have not had a full heating season to test the noise level. Petro is charging me for this part that should be fully guaranteed.
