I am so disappointed I spent $149 plus tax for a service diagnostic visit two weeks ago. On October 15th, I was informed by the Petro technician someone will reach out to me regarding a part needed for my repair. Week passed no phone call. I contacted Petro twice after a week and a few days. Finally after a few calls I was told the part was over $360. I have been a customer for over twenty years. The service has changed over the past few years to the point where they completely ignore/disregard customer-specific requests and additionally have no concept how much oil I am consuming. I asked that my large tank not be filled over the past few years and yet, once again, for what is now the third time (because they can not get my estimated oil usage right) they just filled it up to the top again. Switched my propane provider to Petro and they put a charge on my account for $1778.05 to move my propane tank to a different location on the property. I did not agree to this charge. Buyer beware!
Been trying to extend my contract that its expiring with you guys keep calling and have been told someone will call me back over a handful of times. I'm extremely frustrated as we love our service with you guys and are trying to get a lock in rate and the more time we keep waiting rates are going up. Sales team continues to let us down.

You need to tell you drivers that they need to be careful wen they driving one of them crash On the mirror of my bmw and he run way but I got his plate s85-736 I I’ll call the insurance
They came out for a quote for a new boiler and never got back to us.
