It took three trips here for only a yearly cleaning.....which gave me about two and half days with no hot water or heat. I’m not upset just a little disappointed.........

The tech was great. Performed a very thorough job asseccing and repairing the problem. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the price. The tech told me the repair would cost $399 + tax. I looked up the the price of the part that was replaced and saw that that it ranged anywhere between $100 to $138.

It was a little tough in the beginning, but the last service man who came in fixed the problem. He was the 3rd tech to come in to fix the same problem.
