The tech was great. Performed a very thorough job asseccing and repairing the problem. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the price. The tech told me the repair would cost $399 + tax. I looked up the the price of the part that was replaced and saw that that it ranged anywhere between $100 to $138.

It was a little tough in the beginning, but the last service man who came in fixed the problem. He was the 3rd tech to come in to fix the same problem.

I have been a customer for over twenty years. The service has changed over the past few years to the point where they completely ignore/disregard customer-specific requests and additionally have no concept how much oil I am consuming. I asked that my large tank not be filled over the past few years and yet, once again, for what is now the third time (because they can not get my estimated oil usage right) they just filled it up to the top again.
