I can only rate Pettis Pools on the pre-delivery aspect of my purchase as I'm still awaiting my spa to be delivered. My communication thus far has been excellent as to what to expect, my site prep etc. I hope to receive delivery notification soon, and will be able to rate the delivery/install team at that time. We are anxious to enjoy our new spa!!

Excellent place for pool and spa supplies and water testing!
My husband and 2 daughtets went to pool school on Sat and it was very informative .They explained all the basics of caring for our pool and took the time to help us try to figure out why our pool is green and how to address it.
