They were great and got us into a spa faster than we imagined. They answered questions thoroughly and were very responsive. If you’re wondering who to buy your hot tub from, you found them. We visited both locations and folks at both were very helpful.

So happy with very timely and professional service by Pettis! Within a day of going online to request help for our inground pool liner which was out of bead in a few areas, I had an appointment. When they arrived (respectfully masked) I tried to watch to see how they worked their magic, but within minutes every area previously out of bead was magically restored. Many thanks to the crew and the team!!!🙏👌👌😀
