RecommendedThey were great and got us into a spa faster than we imagined. They answered questions thoroughly and were very responsive. If you’re wondering who to buy your hot tub from, you found them. We visited both locations and folks at both were very helpful.
So happy with very timely and professional service by Pettis! Within a day of going online to request help for our inground pool liner which was out of bead in a few areas, I had an appointment. When they arrived (respectfully masked) I tried to watch to see how they worked their magic, but within minutes every area previously out of bead was magically restored. Many thanks to the crew and the team!!!🙏👌👌😀
Pettis Pools did an amazing job finding and installing our pool. the staff was very professional knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the process. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a pool!

We recently installed an inground pool. Everyone at Pettis, from start to finish and continuing on has been prompt, friendly and efficient to our needs and questions. We have a huge learning curve in the pool realm, and look forward to our experience with Pettis pools.
What an incredible and responsive team at Pettis Pools!! Almost a year into my Softub purchase I had an issue with an internal leak. Brian came out to my house to troubleshoot, Tina and her removal team (and delivery team) are so friendly, caring and helpful, Erin C. – YOU are Customer Service! They gave me a loaner Softub when mine had to get sent back to the manufacturer, and ended up replacing it with a new one. Very honest and great service
Dale was such a great help fixing our hot tub that’s nearly 18 years old and it’s still officially running. Not only did he help repair our tub he helped guide me on how to maintain our inground pool. The manager Zach made sure we were taking care of promptly and I’m so thankful for their help!! Great service and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend these guys!!
