Brian came out to my house to troubleshoot, Tina and her removal team (and delivery team) are so friendly, caring and helpful, Erin C. – YOU are Customer Service! They gave me a loaner Softub when mine had to get sent back to the manufacturer, and ended up replacing it with a new one. Very honest and great service
Dale was such a great help fixing our hot tub that’s nearly 18 years old and it’s still officially running. Not only did he help repair our tub he helped guide me on how to maintain our inground pool. The manager Zach made sure we were taking care of promptly and I’m so thankful for their help!! Great service and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend these guys!!
