I went here to get some medicine for strep. I was positive that I had it. I made an appointment the night before, (had a terrible night sleep, not their fault!) and showed up 15 before like they asked. I filled out their paperwork and was in 1 minute after my scheduled time - had the strep swab 5 minutes after that - results 10 after that and out the door 5 after with the required medicine 20 after I left. They made it easy! Make an appointment if you don't want to wait!!
I dropped in last month on my way home from work when my throat started hurting and my kids were just getting over strep. The check-in process was easy and friendly. The nurse was great! She has an awesome sense of humor and was a pro at the strep test (even though I was not). The results came back quickly (positive - ugh), the doctor checked me out and gave me directions on an antibiotic. Had concerns when initially looking at some of the Yelp reviews but decided to head in for treatment anyway(I have a cough that doesn't quit). The facility is clean, the check in process smooth and interaction with nurse and physician were excellent. They both did a good job of understanding my symptoms and an even better job of explaining diagnosis and the prescribed treatment. Highly recommend for immediate care. Glad to have this place so close to home.
I come here when I don't have time to make a doctor apt and need to be seen right away. They are so quick and friendly here. I'm usually always in & out within an hour and a half. The staff here is so nice and make me feel like I'm being taken care well! They do a really great job of listening and asking questions to figure out exactly what's wrong. The ladies who work here always make me feel so comfortable, I would definitely recommend this immediate care to others!
Just need to add that PIC has checked in with me twice following my care this past Sunday and Monday, to make sure I am getting better. That is so impressive and very appreciated!
Place is awesome.. called them early Saturday morning, made an appointment within the hour, helped me out with my paper work, waited about 15 mins, saw the nurse, she was cool as f*ck, saw the doctor and I was done.. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick.. I was in and out within 30 mins or so.. I would highly recommend this clinic/office.. plenty of parking, public transportation will drop you off about 500 ft. Away from the front door and there's an IHOP, McDonald's n burger joint across the street..
The staff is very friendly and helpful, but learn from my mistake-- if you are there close to closing time, get a paper copy of your prescription and verify the hours of your preferred pharmacy. The staff will blithely "call in" (i.e. attempt to electronically transmit) your prescription to a closed pharmacy, then send you on your way, lock the doors, turn off the lights, and stop answering the phones... leaving you with a diagnosis and no means to get treatment until the clinic and pharmacy open in the morning. Our daughter is a first year college student, being sick out of state is no fun. I called to inquire about her being able to get some meds due to the fact that she's not 18 yet. The lady on the phone was super nice and told that me talking to her counts as verbal permission. Our daughter got meds and she feels much better. She had gone to the campus clinic last time and it was a waste. This place is definitely the place to go if she were to get sick again. And, they were quick to see her. Thanks!
Best knee draining I ever got, Dr. Jack was awesome and knew exactly whats he's doing he made an unpleasurable experience bearable for sure. Been to hospitals and experts and they didnt do as good as job and Dr. Jack
