Dr. Baier is who every urgent care doc should aim to emulate! She was very friendly but also extremely knowledgable and patient despite all the questions I had. She also had this amazing way of providing me with quick and efficient healthcare while being compassionate and not making me feel rushed. If you need a great doc on short notice- she's your girl!

I found this immediate care facility on-line. During my recent trip to Chicago, I came down with a severe case of pink eye infection and sinus infection. I was treated by a team of competent doctors, with a medical staff who were all very professional, friendly & caring. Glad this neighborhood urgent care is so conveniently located and ready to take care of me when I'm away from home. Thank you!

I went to them when I cut my foot - was pretty sure I needed stitches and didn't want to go to the ER and pay a huge bill. When I got there I was amazed at how efficient and professional they were. My experience with urgent cares in the past have. It been stellar! They got me right into a room and the doctor explained what would happen even before looking at the wound. About once a year I get a horrible cold that I can't seem to kick and it sometimes turns in a sinus infection that requires antibiotics. This place is so much more convenient than my PCP. I love this place. The staff is great. I always get in and out and if I need a prescription, they have it on site and I can leave with it for $12. This is my go to place if I'm not feeling well but don't want to have to mess with getting an appointment to see my regular doctor.

New to the Chicago area, and had been having a horrible morning of stomach pain/vomiting (sorry to share that part) but had no idea where to go seeing as I hadn't been established with a primary care physician in town yet. Came here to check out if my cold/flu symptoms were something more. From the front desk, to the PA, to the doc, everyone was friendly and professional. It wasn't exactly a speedy visit, there were probably 6-8 people ahead of me, but saw a doc within 90 minutes.

With a family of five we are in here a lot. It's better than I would imagine it to be if I'd never been. The staff is pretty friendly, the wait is rarely as bad as I dread it to be, and the Drs are quite competent. Just fine for the little stuff.

My friend broke her ankle while we were both visiting from out of town. We came here and were very happy with the treatment she received. They were able to help her quickly and get her everything she needed. Definitely recommend.
