This place was real nice and friendly. The waiting room was empty when i arrived which was great. The longest wait i had was to see the doc, i think i ended up napping, but it is a walk-in so what can one expect. Super helpful, good docs, what more can one want?

Trimming the tree barefoot=glass ornament stuck in the bottom of my foot, hence the Sunday trip to immediate care. I was very satisfied with my experience here. I needed to see a doctor before leaving for the holidays, and I knew my insurance and bank account would be less than thrilled with an ER visit for a non-emergency Christmas mishap. First and foremost, thank you, thank you, thank you to all the other Yelp reviewers for this place! If not for you all, I would have been suffering (not in silence) during Thanksgiving weekend (2009). I am typically all right most of the time but I have a degenerative condition which literally knocks me off my feet at random moments. And it did just that during a pilates rocking exercise. This place is amazing. All of the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly, caring and funny. They made coming in to a place like this so much better than it would have been otherwise. The wait time for me was minimal, there was only one other person in the waiting room when I got there. You can also check online and see how busy it is and even make an appointment- thought Im not sure why you would need to. Great experience. I would compare the service here to the Immediate Care on Michigan Ave.

Their website says they are a "non-urgent care" facility, which confused me at first. I think they are using the term "immediate care" to refer to the fact that they treat conditions which need attention within a few hours or a day, but are not life threatening or causing unbearable pain. The front desk staff was very friendly, as was the nurse and the doctor who ultimately saw me. 4 stars! Adequate service, and medium wait. But for a guy with no insurance i can't comlain. They offer a 30% discount if paid within 10 days plus they also fill prescriptions on site. Two hours total was the ordeal, but the other option was the ER which would have been $$$$ and probably the same amount of waiting. If you know what you need and have to get a prescription i would recommend it. The Parking lot helps since it is so far from where i live.

I've lived in Chicago for 3 years and never had a doctor, so when I have a terrible cough for a week and a half, I was a little nervous about where to go. Looked up an urgent care place on yelp, it had an excellent rating, and I decided to go. The place was big, clean, professional, and friendly. My doctor was a sweetheart, seemed to genuinely care about me. I got diagnosed and set up with prescriptions, and left feeling so relieved. I would definitely return to this place, no questions asked.

As a singer who gets regular sinus infections and woman who gets frequent UTI's, I'm no stranger to the everlasting search of a decent urgent care center that will take me after hours when I can't get off work or make it to my doctor. Sick for 5 days over a holiday weekend - that's me. Finally, I had an *ah-hah* moment around midnight last night, but didn't know of any walk-in clinics around me.
