Fast and professional. The receptionist was kind enough to tell me the place was pretty full when I called at noon. I booked a spot online, and by the time I showed up, there was very little wait time. The PA was great; pretty much guessed I had strep, and the doctor nicely explained how the bacteria worked, etc. I am definitely a fan of this place.

After a particularly nasty spill down my cement stair case last night, I was suffering from a left leg and right arm scraped and scratched to shreds and a VERY painful situation happening with my right foot. The cuts I can handle. The stabbing pain in my foot, not so much. We all know that going to the emergency room is a little extravagant, especially with the high costs of health care. great place for urgent situations. I have followed this company since when it was located and eventually closed on Western and irving park and opened one here. Always good doctors and nurses, very nice. Not a terrible wait time either. This has almost taken over for my regular doctor, since I tend to procrastinate till I need to see a dr. NOW. Highly recommended.

This is for the Park Ridge facility. Very poor experience. Tried contacting wellnow.com., no response after several emails. Have conflicting issues with their comp6and my insurance co.

I did a drug test at Physicians Immed Care Six Corners: 4211 N Cicero Ave, Chicago and my drug test specimin was lost. I called them to check and they hung up on me

So...made an appt for 8:20AM through their website. Get there around 8AM. People are standing around and waiting for the clinic to open. 10 minutes pass. Clinic is still closed. 8:15AM. Still closed. Call Jefferson Park so that we can get an appt. After having issues with the website not loading, I call their office. After a fun wrestle with the bot, I finally get in touch with a receptionist. Showed up with a legit United Health Care insurance card, which they refused to accept, because it was a "UCard" which also accessed OTC payouts. Refused to accept the fact that it was my legitimate insurance card. In other words, they're a bunch of dumb idiots not even worthy of being called a dumb assed Trumpite. Which is about as dumb as you can get.

The actual clinic would be a solid 4 stars, other than a fairly long wait time with an appointment (waited about 35 minutes after the scheduled time) things were great. BUT. And yes I posted this on Google too because this is insane. Literally run from this medical group because their billing department is a disaster. I need a copy of a past invoice and apparently that's an impossible ask. My 1st time here was really pleasant. However my 2nd time was not. I found the worker to be rude. She was on the work phone and sounded like she was having a great time. She didn't even acknowledge me and after a while was like "well I have a patient let me get off the phone" just to tell me it was no doctors in. She couldn't at least acknowledge me. I felt disrespected and that was very rude.
