Check in online if you want to know wait times but you can certainly walk in. Nice drs & nurses, staff. Stitched me right up. Literally. Call ahead if you're budget conscious or have insurance questions. You'll be better prepared.
The service I received was fast and friendly. I will return if my pcp isn't available.
Stupid me skipped some stairs and twisted my ankle pretty bad to the point I wasn't sure if it was broke or a terrible sprain (it was indeed fractured). I'm giving this a 4 star partly because I did attempt to make an appointment online but it was only giving me one option of 1030am and it was 8am and I was in serious pain. The other part was because even though they are under construction currently, the rooms felt tiny (as I had to be pushed around in a wheelchair since I couldn't walk). I went in after a dog bite and was seen in a timely manner. Very pleased with my treatment.
Went here on a Saturday because my regular doctor is not open on the weekends. I had been suffering from a terrible cough which I had gone to various nurse practitioners and not one of them could give me something to make it go away. Saw this location online signed up online and when I got there process was fast. Doctor gave me some meds and I was out the door and feel way better! Doctor was really nice! Would def come here if stuck in a bind again.

Great experience. Was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly and helpful staff. The Dr. that I saw had a very caring mannerism and fantastic bedside manner.
Registration is a breeze. (It helps if you research ahead of time to ensure your insurance is accepted here) In and Out in no time. (It helps if your symptoms are of the kind that an immediate visit is warranted versus symptoms that are non-urgent, ie colds and minor sprains.) Clean and tidy exam rooms (Gotta love it!) Service was pretty good in a situation where you cant get hold of your regular pediatrician. They are cordial and they accepted the insurance. Better than ER.

I'm from Texas, and when I was visiting Chicago, I came down with a sinus infection, which I get frequently. My primary doctor gives me Zpacks and the infection always comes back. Dr. Baier explained Zpacks aren't the best antibiotic for sinus infections, and she gave me Augmentin and Prednisone. This worked great and my sinus infection didn't return after finishing the meds. Dr. Baier was great!
