So...made an appt for 8:20AM through their website. Get there around 8AM. People are standing around and waiting for the clinic to open. 10 minutes pass. Clinic is still closed. 8:15AM. Still closed. Call Jefferson Park so that we can get an appt. After having issues with the website not loading, I call their office. After a fun wrestle with the bot, I finally get in touch with a receptionist. Showed up with a legit United Health Care insurance card, which they refused to accept, because it was a "UCard" which also accessed OTC payouts. Refused to accept the fact that it was my legitimate insurance card. In other words, they're a bunch of dumb idiots not even worthy of being called a dumb assed Trumpite. Which is about as dumb as you can get.

The actual clinic would be a solid 4 stars, other than a fairly long wait time with an appointment (waited about 35 minutes after the scheduled time) things were great. BUT. And yes I posted this on Google too because this is insane. Literally run from this medical group because their billing department is a disaster. I need a copy of a past invoice and apparently that's an impossible ask. My 1st time here was really pleasant. However my 2nd time was not. I found the worker to be rude. She was on the work phone and sounded like she was having a great time. She didn't even acknowledge me and after a while was like "well I have a patient let me get off the phone" just to tell me it was no doctors in. She couldn't at least acknowledge me. I felt disrespected and that was very rude.

I came here today at lunch time for metal in my eye while I was grinding ductile iron. I had 2 hours free for them to wash out my eye so I could leave because I had to pick up my daughter. There is nothing urgent about this place at all. I sat in that room for 2 and 1/2 hours. They never saw me. There were no other patients. And as I was walking out to leave to go pick up my daughter one of the employees was coming back from Starbucks with drinks. Wow! I didn't need a kidney transplant. made an appointment and that appointment was over 90 min ago. there's been no communication from staff as to when to expect the doctor. I understand there could be more pressing issues then what I'm experiencing but when you plan appointments and nobody bothers to update you on your status then I believe there is some room for improvement.

Sure. I'm actually not as pleased as I thought. The PA was seemingly thorough but after I described my symptoms- persistent cough, days of fever and achiness, she told me it was viral and to wait it out with Tylenol and maybe go get some Mucinex or something else over the counter. My husband went in today with the exact same symptoms (I clearly gave him the virus) and saw the same provider. He left with THREE prescriptions to treat his cough and other symptoms. The Walmart of immediate care strikes again!!! This is the worst place to go. I was again given wrong information about coverage and services after checking to make sure everything was correct. I attempted to give them another try because they are in the area. No NEVER AGAIN. This place is as horrible as it's staff!!! Do not waste your time or energy. And, no one will ever contact you trying to rectify the situation. I hope they get shutdown.

I had an appointment that I made the day before coming in so I would not have to wait and I STILL had to wait two hours. I only gave it two stars because the nurse practitioner who saw me was helpful and apologetic. I will not be coming back here and I would not recommend.
