made an appointment and that appointment was over 90 min ago. there's been no communication from staff as to when to expect the doctor. I understand there could be more pressing issues then what I'm experiencing but when you plan appointments and nobody bothers to update you on your status then I believe there is some room for improvement.

Sure. I'm actually not as pleased as I thought. The PA was seemingly thorough but after I described my symptoms- persistent cough, days of fever and achiness, she told me it was viral and to wait it out with Tylenol and maybe go get some Mucinex or something else over the counter. My husband went in today with the exact same symptoms (I clearly gave him the virus) and saw the same provider. He left with THREE prescriptions to treat his cough and other symptoms. The Walmart of immediate care strikes again!!! This is the worst place to go. I was again given wrong information about coverage and services after checking to make sure everything was correct. I attempted to give them another try because they are in the area. No NEVER AGAIN. This place is as horrible as it's staff!!! Do not waste your time or energy. And, no one will ever contact you trying to rectify the situation. I hope they get shutdown.

I had an appointment that I made the day before coming in so I would not have to wait and I STILL had to wait two hours. I only gave it two stars because the nurse practitioner who saw me was helpful and apologetic. I will not be coming back here and I would not recommend.

They endangered my life and then sent my bill to collections before the collections agency could even send my bill to the credit bureaus. This company is scum, a scam, and should be avoided at all costs. The care I received in their facility was good, but the corporation itself is evil. I was having a nearly anaphylactic allergic reaction, and instead of recommending me to an ER, where I would have been able to be treated, an untrained medical professional checked me in and wasted precious minutes, risking my life. I cannot get a response regarding a "bill" even though I paid using an FSA for my visit. I've called and left several messages with the billing department and no on can seem to explain what/why I'm being charged? Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT get treated here. Unless you're into getting charged for services not rendered

Absolutely impossible to address billing errors with them. I have called and left messages on the billing extension multiple times, waited on hold on the main line, attempted to email the address listed on their website for billing questions (the email bounced), and called the phone number listed on their website for billing questions (got a busy signal). Seems like unethical business practice to me.

Horrible. Hour long wait with a toddler despite having an appointment. And when I went for the walk in flu shot they market, I was told "they reached their max for the day" and to try a different day. No thanks.

Too bad one cannot give "ZERO" stars!! My spouse went to this Doc-In-The-Box location this past Sunday, as she was very I'll for 2&1/2 days. Upon being seen by the PA( physicians assistant), it was determined that she had Covid-19, and the ONLY thing the PA did for her was to write her a script for a cough medicine!! Forward to this Thursday: we called her MD, and upon hearing that this PA and her nurse did absolutely nothing, and as my wife was gravely I'll, her doctor ordered the Anti-Viral medication immediately!!
