This clinic saw me after another clinic refused my women's health appointment over a weekend. The staff was warm and very welcoming. I made my appointment online before arriving and moved through quickly once at the clinic. The doctor was able to send out samples to the laboratory to verify diagnosis and prescribed medication based on exam and symptoms.
Been there many times with my kids. The staff is friendly and you're in and out very fast. Definitely recommend this place...
We went there this evening for the first time. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was it was refreshing compared to the last urgent care we used. Everyone was very professional and we were never made to feel like we were inconveniencing the staff by seeking medical attention. They apologized that we had to wait while they sent our daughters X-ray out to a specialist for a second opinion. The entire 1.5hour experience was positive. I really love this place! Everyone is friendly (staff, nurses & drs) - there isn't a long wait the 2 times I've had to go, they're very accommodating to whatever is bothering you; their hours are also great since they close at 8 pm during the week which helps if you work late.
Got me in to see a doctor within 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and even set up a prescription at the Walgreens on my drive home. If you don't have something major, these guys are a good choice.
What a great experience! I thought I would have to wait 4 days to get my son in to the doctor to have someone look at his leg. I came to Physicians in Elgin and was seen very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and truly concerned about his pain. Thanks again for the great service - would recommend to everyone!
They provided good care and a friendly atmosphere in a short amount of time. Do not go here without a referral if you are a Sherman Choice HMO patient. Your treatment will not be covered by insurance although the BCBS website lists this facility as where to go for urgent care.
My wife and I have been to immediate care many times at the one in El gin and in Rockford. When I went to my own physician he did not know what was wrong with me. I went to the immediate care in Rockford and they listened to my problem and the physician said I was having a side affect to one of my blood pressure meds. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received during my recent visit. The doctor did not introduce himself and did not verify my identity before providing care, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about patient safety. Additionally, I waited an hour and a half just to be placed in a room, and then another 30-45 minutes before the doctor came in.
