Don't EVER go here! I took my daughter once for a strep test last year. We made an appointment to go today for sinus/allergy symptoms and I was told that we owed $243 for an injury/accident that the insurance didn't cover from December! A: I would never bring a child here for an injury, I'd take her to Lurie's children's hospital and B: We were never there in December! C: I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and have never had issues with claims being denied! I never received a bill or a phone call. When I asked to speak to a m... read more

This place is awful!! Do NOT go here. They told me that my visit would be $155. I just received a bill for $255. Apparently you pay more if you have insurance! That was not explained to me at all and when I called the billing department they basically said it is what it is. You are better off going to a real doctor's office that you can establish as your primary care office!

They charged her up front for an office visit and then kept her debit card information. Then they ran several additional charges through her debit card without her knowledge. They also charged her $50 at the clinic for antibiotics that would have been free at CVS or Walgreens. They definitely took advantage of her (she is a student and only 17).

There are so many better choices for urgent care. I went in person to get an appointment. But when I returned at that appointed time, we waited almost an hour. We noticed just 1 person leave before we were treated and that person appeared to have a severe head cold, certainly not something that would require an hour of medical attention. That was not pleasant. But what I really could not abide is how dirty the place was. I literally started cleaning the public restroom because it was just nasty. I picked up the paper fr... read more

I went to this urgent care and I was told that I was going to be treated for strep throat. I got my prescription and went to a Walgreens to get it. After about 15 minutes of waiting the pharmacist comes out and asks me if I am on a certain medication and said yes. The pharmacist said the medication I am on and the Strep antibiotics don't mix well together and would have a negative effect on me. I told the doctors both medications I was on when I was there. The pharmacist called this urgent care place and they said the doctor... read more

I just contacted Immediate MD to connect with Brad. I was told he was not in until Thursday. I told them I have been trying to reach him since October 28th; the response, "he's very busy". I requested another number to reach him and was told that he's in meetings until Thursday and that they're merging with another Immediate Care. It certainly seems like they can't manage the business they have. But ... here's to one less customer. Immediate Care made no effort to correct their building mistake and collected from BCB... read more

I would go elsewhere if you need anything more complex than a flu shot. Spent over $200 (with insurance) to see a doctor for a painful sinus infection. Although I had all the classic symptoms of a sinus infection and described them thoroughly, this doctor apparently wasn't familiar with them or thought I just wanted attention. No diagnosis was given and no treatment. It was quite painful and I had to endure another day of pain while I found treatment elsewhere.

We checked in online, got to our scheduled appt on time, the digital board read 0-10 minutes for over 30 minutes. After we were in our room, the Dr. didn't show for another 20 minutes. All in all, we were there for over an hour and received about 7 minutes of actual care.

Waste of money. Paid $135 for them to tell me just to buy ear drops and ibuprofen at the store.. Which I told them I was already doing which didn't work. Walked in and out in less than 15 minutes.
