They closed their primary care option without notifying established patients. When I called to request a medication refill I was told that I need to come in for an urgent care visit (higher copay) and that they could not bridge my medication for 5 days until I can get in to a new doctor. Terrible awareness of patient satisfaction and safety.

I have been here twice. The first time , I had a great experience the doctor was totally professional and she fixed my problem. Second time it was a disaster. I do not like to write bad reviews, but when I called the clinic to explain my situation, they did not care and also they were mean, they played the fact that I have an accent and they could not understand me ( I have been live in the USA for 10 years). This was the closest location when I searched for a free covid test. It's not free. Even when I got there and asked the front desk before I saw anyone, they assured me that if I had insurance, it would be free. It's not free. Insurance paid for most of it, but I still got a bill for $37. Had they have been honest with me, I would've gotten a covid test elsewhere that is actually free. Never coming here again.
Came here to get a Rapid PCR COVID-19 test, but my experience was very much soured by the long wait time. + Ease of making an appointment + Appointment availability + Friendly personnel - Waited 35+ minutes to be seen, and an additional 20 minutes for results I made an appointment online for a rapid PCR test. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time before getting seen for a covid test. I was told it would take 15 minutes to get my results, but ended up waiting another 40 minutes. I understand it's a busy business, but I wouldn't recommend making an appointment unless you have the time to spare when they run late.
This place is absolute trash. They were massively behind on their appointments and they didn't even bother texting or calling to tell not to come early. I ended up sitting in their wait area forever. A gentleman whose place in line was behind mine had to leave after waiting for close to an hour. The front off desk portrays this situation as completely normal, even expected.
I made an appointment for a covid test and had to wait about 45 minutes past the appointment time to be seen. I get it, it was the end of the day. The doctors were super kind and efficient! The two women working behind the front desk were probably some of the rudest receptionists I've ever interacted with though. Awful experience. I called to see if they did presurgery clearance physicals snd was told yes! Headed over and the doctor focused solely on my weight asking multiple times about health issues I don't have, drew extra blood work because of my weight (all normal) and then even though my EKG was normal wouldn't clear me for surgery without a cardiac appointment because "he wasn't my normal doctor" ugh duh this is an urgent care. The worst process ever for seeing a doctor. If you have multiple kids plan on spending 30 minutes on the tour phone trying to register each of them separately for each visit.
