Just wanted to post an update: people who voted this negative review "funny" or "cool" were mostly staff members at this facility , just in case you need further warning about what kind of care you'll receive :)
Made an appointment and arrived 15-20 mins early as prompted by their email to fill out new client paperwork. It was pretty busy but not crazy- several Walk ins and appointments waiting. I waited 15 mins past my appt time when the receptionist realized that a walk in who arrived at the same time as I did was taken back before me. She checked with the nurses and 5 minutes later said it would be another 10 minutes before I was seen. I have been here before, but they are severely understaffed, one provider with a waiting room filled with people. I actually made an appointment, and still had to wait 90 minutes to see someone, yes you read that correctly. The service once inside was great, but I will have to find another place who actually values my time not just my money.

I made an online appointment for my son 90 mins before arrival for 1:30pm. Arrived at 1:15. Wasn't seen by a doctor until 2:30. Waited for swab results for another hour. Nurse came in hour later and discharged us with a prescription electronically sent. I asked her what the diagnosis was since we thought we were still waiting for results (no one came back to follow up after swabbing son). Absolutely do not recommend. Went in for a sore throat that I needed medication for. Doctor looks at me for less than 30 seconds and sends me to the ER abscess. I get to the ER and multiple different doctors examine me and find nothing. Given medication and sent home after less than an hour there. I called the office to let them know and they denied my claim that they made an error. Now I'm escalating with the BBB and looking for attorneys. Will get several thousands of ER bills that were totally unnecessary.

Long waiting times and disappointing care. I visit this clinic because I was sick as hell, after sharing my symptoms their first reaction was the flu but I told them that I didn't have the flu but they ran the test and was negative so they sent me home with a Tylenol and told me to come back anytime if the symptoms get worst. So next day I came back because I was feeling worst they ran more tests and they came up with an infection but they didn't prescribe anything they just sent me home. Horrible experience all the way around! Dr. Fernandez left me in a room for almost 2 hours and I was the only patient at the end of the day. What makes it even worse is that he coded the sick visit as "instruments" so my insurance wouldn't reimburse me for the visit! All I needed was an antibiotic for an infection. Dr. Fernandez asked me a few questions and prescribed the antibiotic. I walk in to here and I say a fish tank. No tv. I was so disappointed when I had to wait for an hour even know there was no one in the waiting room. The doctor was quite rude and the billing was very high. I waited for One and a half hours and there were nobody in the waiting room. I can't complain the whole time. And nobody did anything about it.
