Piccolo’s REALLY came through to ‘save the day’ after a horrible experience my husband had trying to procure my birthday flowers elsewhere today. Not only are they ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS and beautiful, they helped him with out of this world customer service and reassurance that his wife would be pleased. She was. I am. They’re stunning. We will go no where else from now on!
Ordered flowers to be delivered for my mothers birthday and she never received them. i called and was told they attempted deliver at 4:09 pm but nobody was home. their house has camera and a ring door bell. nobody appears on cameras at their house at 4:09 pm and nobody rang the doorbell. i've used piccolos previously but i won't be using them again. UPDATE: Flowers were delivered a day later. Piccolo's did make it right. I received an email apology from the GM.
I love this florist!! I drive from La Vista because they are just that good! Most recently, I called for an arrangement to put in a bowl I already had. I was, of course, late in ordering so I just gave the dimensions of my vessel over the phone and the arrangement they made was an absolute perfect fit. And it was gorgeous!!

Great arrangements for a great price!
I wanted to shout out Piccolo’s for such wonderful customer service. I was delivered flowers on Monday for Valentines Day and they unfortunately started dying the following day. They were so pretty day one but looked sad the following day. I called to see if there was something I needed to do differently and they apologized and offered to send a new bouquet!
