I love this place so much I was working registry, I came on as employee. The staff are so nice and very hands on if you need anything. Everyone is always helping each other. NO complaints at all!! Found myself a new family that I will be with for a long time.

Recently had to introduce ourselves to the staff at Pine Creek. Not having prior experience, we did not know what to expect for the care of our beautiful mother. Although not the ending we wanted to momma's story, we are thankful to have found a staff of kind, caring, and compassionate individuals. Truly from top of the chain to the maintenance and cleaning staff, all worked hard in trying to rehabilitate our loved one and for this, we are forever grateful.

My mom passed at Pine Creek. Every step of the way all the nurses, staff and expsecaly Shannon Hilton did a amazing job at taking care of her needs until the very end. Thank you for outstanding care. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs long term care. Every patient matters..

I selected this place because it had high ratings from Medicare. The staff were all good to work with my mother and the staff were helpful even though sometimes I had to chase them down to get answers. The big problem that I had with this place was that they wanted my mother to wet the bed instead of getting her up to go to the restroom. They said it was easier to just deal with her that way. My mom was here recovering after she broke her hip. And at 78 it's not easy to rest when you're used to being active. Tatiana, my moms CNA was Amazing! She treated my mom with the utmost care and respect. Being a CNA myself, I know what to look for when it comes to care homes and this one was fantastic! Thank you for taking such good care of my mama!

Taking care of my parent and my in-laws for the last 14 years, I have had the opportunity to utilize several skilled nursing facilities for rehab after a variety of surgeries, including broken hips, heart attacks and related surgeries, knee replacements and other ailments. My brother was brought here after a stroke. He is now well enough after 3 1/2 months to come home. Ernie and his team of therapist were exceptionally caring and professional. Also acknowledgments to Neela who helped with his care and discharge. She was exceptionally kind and professional. Linda in the business office was a great help as well. After my mom was discharged from the emergency room we were lucky enough to find Pine Creek Care Center for some temporary skilled nursing assistance. It was a Sunday mid day and I walked in unannounced to discuss the options and everybody from the receptionist to nurses within the care center we're all super friendly, helpful and honest. My Grandfather came here for rehab, I was very happy it was the only rehab we could find with indoor visitation for vaccinated people without appointment, and outdoor/lobby visitation with appointment. There are many very caring therapists and aides who go above and beyond. We stayed with my Grandfather most of the time, and were able to see everything in action.
