My husband is currently a patient at Pine Creek Rehab Center in Roseville; he is not the easiest patient to deal with. Despite this, I have been impressed with the courtesy, care and skill of the staff at this facility. They have jobs which require a great deal of patience and a love of their work. My Mother had an elective surgery to replace her knee. Unfortunately the surgical site got infected. Then the hardware got infected and before we knew it she was going back in to have the hardware taken out. The doctor then placed a block with antibiotics where her knee used to be. That meant that she was not able to go back home and my sister and I were left with the task of finding a place for Mom. I am brand new to the team at Pine Creek Care Center and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here, everyone has welcomed me with open arms. The care that is provided to the residents is impeccable and you can just feel a sense of warmth and caring when you walk in the doors. I highly recommend coming in for a tour if you are looking for a rehab facility for your loved one.

We were a bit dubious at the suggestion of a rehab facility for my wife, however, we selected Pine Creek and extremely happy with our choice. First, the staff is very friendly, it is very clean, and we felt right at home from the moment of arrival. We totally agree with the others that the level of care is at the top. Great place. A big thank you to all the staff that assisted in our recovery. You guys were great.

Pine creek is a place of kind employees that provide great care to the patients. The facility is very clean and very welcoming. If you ever have to bring your family members here for rehab this is the place to go. Pine creek is an amazing place.

There's no perfect care when it comes to our loved ones, but there are caring, compassionate and skilled nurses, LPN's and CNA's at Pine Creek, along with a helpful and friendly staff. My mom was a resident at PC for 1.5 years and overseen by hospice for 14 months while there. I visited nearly every day and was very involved with her care. I voiced some concerns early on which were addressed and improved upon. I thought the staff was attentive but only when they had time. They seemed to be a little short staffed. But for the few weeks that my mom was there she was taken care of. Kudos to her nurse Michael!! He was awesome! And Monika Sanoval, the receptionist and happy face that you see upon entering, she should be promoted and given a raise. She is terrific!!

Recently my 93-year old mother spent four weeks at Pine Creek for rehabilitation due to a fractured pelvic bone. Because she is 93, I have had the opportunity to spend more time than I would like in rehab facilities due to her age and health. This place was wonderful , both of my parents were there for knee replacement rehabilitation and I was impressed so when it came time for my mother-in-law to need some rehabilitation for a hip fracture it was the only place I would consider.
