After my mom was discharged from the emergency room we were lucky enough to find Pine Creek Care Center for some temporary skilled nursing assistance. It was a Sunday mid day and I walked in unannounced to discuss the options and everybody from the receptionist to nurses within the care center we're all super friendly, helpful and honest. My Grandfather came here for rehab, I was very happy it was the only rehab we could find with indoor visitation for vaccinated people without appointment, and outdoor/lobby visitation with appointment. There are many very caring therapists and aides who go above and beyond. We stayed with my Grandfather most of the time, and were able to see everything in action. Neela and her staff took very good care of my mom! Staff was caring and went out of their way to facilitate her release! Was great knowing that she was well taken care of even though we couldn't visit due to Covid 19. I appreciate all of the communication and updates without having to call everyday. And when I did call and have to leave a mssg it was returned in a timely fashion! THANK YOU PINE CREEK STAFF!
My experience at Pine Creek Care Center was exceptional in that I was treated with respect and encouraged to recovery! Two months and I was discharged with the independence to function at home with little difficulty! The nursing care and respiratory therapy were excellent, but with out a doubt, the OT and PT therapists put my life back together! Unbelievable professional service with compassion and dignity. Clean and well staffed. Communication with our Medical plan and our Doctor was seamless. Even the Nursing staff at the Hospital said you got the best when we told them where or Mom was going. Could not be more happy with Pine Creek Care Center. Thank you Pine Creek Care Center and Staff.

This is are 2nd time to this establishment my grandma recently had a bad uti this place is very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very friendly staff very knowledgeable on all of my Grandmas needs very great about making sure she had everything she needed she is sharing a room with another patient here but she gets to have her own tv which I think is really great since not everybody watches the same thing the cnas where very friendly and very helpful to make sure she was comfortable and had enough blankets and the cn... read more
The speech therapist Angela is truly an angel. She seamlessly combines professionalism and compassion providing the highest quality of care. She uses her considerable knowledge and skills to provide an effective, steady and consistent improvement in you you in your journey to regaining your speech. She is an amazing asset to this facility.
