My grandmother was here for a few months and she left feeling better than ever!! Staff was attentive,caring and went above and beyond!! Residents that live there were very helpful and friendly to my family and especially my grandmother. One older man helped her with card games and bingo and made her feel welcome. Food was great and fresh and made sure she did have anything she didn't care for. But they accommodate your preferences and will make you anything you want and were happy to do it. My wife fell and broke small bones in her left foot requiring a light cast and orders to not put any pressure on that foot for six to eight weeks. This made it difficult to take care of her. For the third time, Roseville Sutter released her to Pine Creek Care Center. Mann Lee did an outstanding job making sure she was taken care of and his support personnel did a good job. After spending a week at Kaiser Hospital for a fractured pelvis, I was transferred to Pine Creek Care Center where I spent two additional weeks rehabilitating. The staff was very caring and professional and the Physical and Occupational Therapy teams worked hard to get me back on my feet ("no pain, no gain" !) I would certainly recommend Pine Creek as an outstanding facility for rehabilitative care.

I'm the daughter of a recently discharged patient (my Mother). My mother was referred to Pine Creek through her hospital insurance. I was not sure what to expect- this was a first-time experience for my Mother and me. (As well as an adjustment for family and friends who came to visit her during her stay). During her 2.75 weeks of recovery and rehab from a broken hip, more often than not, the CNA's, PT's, & OT's were very attentive and caring. I'm so impressed with the facility and staff my fathers a former Patient that spent several months in their care. This is a great rehab facility!! My mom has had to go to rehab for a couple of different health meds and Pine Creek was our first and only choice both times. We compared it with Escaton Fair Oaks ( which some say is like a country club) and Pine Creek was equal if not better in most areas. The staff is helpful and supportive of the family and their patients. The staff is cheerful and very knowledgeable. We never feared for my mom's safety or well being. The rehabilitative staff to include PT, OT, ST, and their aids are caring and attentive. Nurses, CNAs and other care staff are stretched thin, overworked, and I therefore place no fault on them. DO NOT be afraid to ask questions and hold the medical staff accountable.

Don't send your loved ones here. As a healthcare professional, this place is embarrassing and the guilt I felt sending my Mom here was tremendous. I would give negative stars if possible. I'll start by saying my Mom is definitely a complicated patient, but if they don't have the means to properly take care of someone then say so. The Medicare 5/5 is a joke. My Mom was here twice and sent back to the hospital in terrible condition from neglect. Second time she went straight to the ICU and almost died. Place smells nice, onc... read more

5 star Medicare facility which is what brought us to Pine Creek. Care is anything but.... PT is excellent, best part of the facility. But attention to care, personal hygiene, response time to call button, staff on weekends, dietary needs met, all at 1 star or less. Example-an upset stomach, rang for CNA, was told to take a drink of water and she walked out. 2nd call for CNA brought someone that actually dispensed meds.
