if you want your love one to be care properly, Pleasant Hill Post Acute is the best place. Staff are caring, friendly,loving, understanding and they really care about the residents. I just got here yesterday and I feel very comfortable and I feel the environment is for me. I am very glad that my daughter chose this and for me. I feel blessed to be here!!!!!

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is a great facility that provided our family with support , kindness and care during a difficult time. We are deeply grateful to the Intake Specialist Zymond, the Nursing Director and Mary, the Operations Manager, for the extra time the took to support us. Geraldine and Monique are fantastic. I was admitted to help heal for a broken femur and knee revision. I found this place to be very helpful and very gracious. They were there to help me with everything that I needed and then some. You didn't have to chase them down for anything. They're always available to help you with whatever you need. I found them to be very, very personable and just a very family oriented type of facility. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for long or short term stay. I was a patient at Pleasant Hill Post Acute for 3 months, I had the pleasure of meeting the best nurse I have ever encountered. Vicky LVN charge nurse was great. She is attentive, caring, a hard worker who seemed to love her job. As a patient when I hear Vicky coming down the hall it put an instant smile on my face.

The quality care my brother received while staying at Pleasant Hill Acute was outstanding. One person in particular was attentive and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure we received the quality care one needs with dealing with an ordeal such as Kidney Cancer.. Thank you Linda Stanko for your support, kind words and big heart! My elderly mother was in this post acute for over a month after her total knee replacement surgery and she had a good experience. All of the nurses, PT, OT, and the staffs are helpful, friendly, and caring. They serve good food and the environment is clean. Would recommend this to whoever need post acute care.
