I was a patient at Pleasant Hill Post Acute for 3 months, I had the pleasure of meeting the best nurse I have ever encountered. Vicky LVN charge nurse was great. She is attentive, caring, a hard worker who seemed to love her job. As a patient when I hear Vicky coming down the hall it put an instant smile on my face.

The quality care my brother received while staying at Pleasant Hill Acute was outstanding. One person in particular was attentive and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure we received the quality care one needs with dealing with an ordeal such as Kidney Cancer.. Thank you Linda Stanko for your support, kind words and big heart! I would love to thank everyone especially to the management for all the help,care provided and given to my wife-Henriette Hilal and to all Pleasant Hill Post Acute staff (nurses-Martha,Leeyan,Eilane,Victoria, CNAs-Olivia,Mehar,Beth,Julie,Nayeli-rehab-Jordan,Akashi, Sara,and front desk-Geraldine, Mary, Marilyn and to housekeeping Romel,Paulo, Martha, kitchen staff-Royshia,Pinky,Tina, Veronica)and to everyone. I am very grateful for the great/excellent service and for the generosity. Everything here is great.

My elderly mother was in this post acute for over a month after her total knee replacement surgery and she had a good experience. All of the nurses, PT, OT, and the staffs are helpful, friendly, and caring. They serve good food and the environment is clean. Would recommend this to whoever need post acute care.

My husband was in Post Acute for two plus weeks after heart surgery. The staff was professional and clearly dedicated to helping with patient needs. several staff members were more than outstanding in their care, compassion and kindness.(Julie and Olivia!) The food was overall much better than "hospital food" and care was given to what was appropriate for my husband. Very caring staff. Julie Bayaua is there when you need her. She goes the extra mile. Many times she knows what you want before you even ask it.

This place provided every need that my brother needed. He had physical therapy, occ therapy , medical , and wound care. Everything anyone that would need assistance. They did it at 110%. I would highly recommend this place to put your family in. The staff made you feel that you were their only patient. Excellent care .

Good friendly care, decent food. The front office staff was superior especially Geraldine at the front desk and Marilyn the social services queen. My mother n law did not want to leave. Recommend to all.
