Check in was easy especially since I am the grandmother. (Brought in my 18 month old granddaughter for cough and fever). Just needed verbal consent from mom over the phone. Wait time was not long. Doctor checked her over and was very pleasant.

Wait wasn’t too long, about an hour. Front desk women were ok not too much customer service. Doctor spoke extremely fast and we felt rushed and it wasn’t fully explained about what my child had.

I came in with my daughter who had a sore throat for about three days , the doctors tried to immediately rub it off as gerd which was very odd to me to try and blow out concerns off as gerd and go home and give her omeprozole, I expressed how she suffered from reoccurring strep easily and that my oldest daughter at home has strep B and wanted my daughter tested. I asked 3 different times the doctor and the nurse and they both assured me she would be tested for b as well in the send away culture, the results came back negativ... read more

Check in experience is frustrating I could not get the QR code to work and the receptionist acted like I was the problem although we have been there many times before. Lady doctor was really intimating and rude. Said my daughter was fine with high fever for 3 days and said it was viral and basically give Motrin and get over it. Took to my pcp and she came up positive for strep right away. What a joke and a waste of money out of pocket even with insurance. The only nice people here that act like they care are the nurses. I wa... read more

The nurse practitioner seemed to be relying on a script vs her experience. In my experience once a patient had zero response to an antibiotic they were not given it again. Instead I’m to now use an antibiotic that didn’t work in the least the last time then come back in a few days to see if it worked…this time? In the meantime the child suffers. Instead of hearing clinical reasons and experience every sentence was “Well the such and such academy says…” It was like talking to a robot. She came off very rigid and frankly in... read more

Horrible. We came in for symptoms of strep especially considering a younger sibling was diagnosed earlier that day and all that was done was popsicle the price of co-pay. The rapid test came back negative and the other test which was sent out didn’t post results until 36 hours later. Which also showed negative but in the meantime we had to be seen by our pediatrician who began treating for strep given the symptoms and history of exposure as was discussed at urgent care. This was unacceptable. While the risk for antibiotic re... read more

I have an autistic non verbal son who is terrified of the doctors. The staff here is AMAZING. they are so kind and accommodating. We saw Stephanie, a nurse practicer, and she was AMAZING! so kind and gentle and great with son. I absolutely love everyone there!
