It was unprofessional. They put my daughter in a room was the nursing practioner and didn’t inform us. We prefer a doctor when going to urgent care. I just didn’t like it and if I have to go again I will not choose them unless it’s my last resort

My son couldn’t get his prescription filled because, this urgent care isn’t approved to do pre authorization for insurance purposes. Never had an issue before last visit.
