The check in was pretty frustrating. I scanned the QR code and filled out the questions. Towards the end it asked for my insurance info, But as a returning patient I asked if I had to fill that out again?. The girl at the front desk stated that we prefer that you do. I was annoyed and was hoping she would just check us in because it was a pretty lengthy check in process and my daughter was in pain. Our experience did get better once we saw the doctor. He was very nice and helpful.

They were all nice. Unfortunately they sent us home telling us to take motrin for a fever my daughter had for over a week. I took her to chop in philadelphia where she tested positive for strep and pneumonia.

Got in quickly, front desk helped us sort out a registration issue. Nurse was kind and efficient, and doctor came in shortly. Doctor was knowledgeable and to the point and diagnosed quickly without needing additional expensive tests. Meds sent to pharmacy asap.
