Always a great experience here with the care you get. One item to consider changing is the Check In process. I arrived and two women were sitting at the front desk. I stood there for a few moments without being greeted. When I asked if I could check in they advised I need to use the QR code to check in. My phone was at 2% battery and my service was spotty. Copay was higher than pcp, but they took thorough care of my daughter and we didn’t have to wait long. Once we were seen it wasn’t like here is a prescription next, it was quite the opposite they gave her meds and monitored her for some time and dr checked on her several times. I would go back.
