Awesome pool robot! Doesn’t get stuck! Love this pool robot! So easy to set up and use! From box to cleaning in under 2 mins! Control via app is cool. Push button to climb out to stow away also neat feature. Most importantly, doesn’t get stuck! (Old 3 wheel pump propelled cleaner got stuck every time on bottom step due to angle.). Expensive but so far worth it! Will replace weekly pool cleaning service.
This is a Beast. Amazing! While expensive it’s worth every penny, my pool has never been so clean. Easy set up, easy to use, and super simple to clean. 100% winner and I’ve tried them ALL.

It cleans but can’t climb the shallow steps so it leaves behind leaves and dirt. Pretty pricey and does a fairly good job in a fast amount of time. My pool guy saw it and immediately thought he was losing his job. But it doesn’t clean algae stuck to walls. That still requires shocking. But friends are amazed at how good the pool looks in less than 2 hours. The app is nice to control it and change schedules. Just wish the price wasn’t so high.
We love our new pool vac We've had other pool vacuums in the past and had a separate pump for them. Always in the way when in the pool and did OK job. But first time we uses our new Polaris 9650 within an hour our pool looked great and it even cleaned the tile like no other unit has. We're very happy with our new system. The only issue we had was connecting to our iPhone. NOTE: Read directions first.
Does not remove fine particles I wan't to like this unit. The design, quality of construction, setup are great. I love not having a bag to clean like in my aquabot. Hosing off the basket is great. But the aquabot did a much better job with overall cleaning, particularly very fine particles. The unit picks up the very fine material but it blows right out the exhaust. The pool looks clean for a couple hours, but over time the fine particles settle right back to the bottom. This didn't happen with the aquabot.
Vacuums really good. Great cleaning options The vacuum does a great job cleaning the floor of our 22,000 gallon 42 ft long pool. Our deep end is right at 6.5 feet. I originally only gave 3 stars, since I had problems with the vacuum falling upside down and it cannot right itself. I have since changed it to 5 starts. We were able to talk to Polaris and we discovered the problem. There was some plastic stuck in the suction side and it would not allow the necessary flow to remain upright. First Run First use in new pool. Very easy to assemble. Had it running in 30 minutes or less. Did a great job in our new pool. Fantastic with beach sand and dirt. So easy to use. Initial impression is that this is a great device. If it lasts and continues to perform, home run purchase.
