Awesome product
Love that I can just drop it in and 2 hrs later my pool is clean. I also like the fact that I can order a more fine mesh basket to trap more dirt and algae. I also like the fact I can run it when I’m on vacation from literally anywhere in the world.
We run it every day in AZ - it does not do a great job on the stairs/baja/benches. It has, however, cleaned up the calcium deposits on the tiles over time. Easy to use, but having to pull it out and put in in every day can be a drag. Our pool was not built with an in floor system, so this is a great alternative.

I love how easy it is to use and convenient! The ONLY thing I don’t like is it has flipped over probably half a dozen times and gotten stuck on its back, for being as smart and awesome as it is, it’s kinda frustrating that it already has a bunch of scratches on it from flipping over.

Although we are investigating this concern, we would suggest trying to run the product without the canister for a cycle to see if that eliminates the flipping. If so, please deep clean the debris canister with a mild soap and soft brush to remove fine debris from the mesh which may be interfering with filtration and impacting flipping. Thank you - Polaris
