This is my second Polaris robotic cleaner in less than 4 years. I feel a product this expensive should have a longer life.

Terrible vaccine cleaner , I had dolphin for many years and I thought of switching to Polaris when my dolphin broke after seven years. I studied the two and the Leslie Pool sales person as well as information on Leslie‘s. Pool Supply stated that Polaris does climb the walls of the pool and scrubs the walls. It does not this is a false statement. The Vaccume does not have the ability to go up the wall it stays mainly in the floor, and even then it doesn’t clean very well.. very disappointed. It stopped working after 14 months ( actual use less than 7 months). Also, when it was working, it didn't clean very well. Doesn't worth the money at all.

My old 9450 sport cleaned as good or better. The smart 1st time optimization feature was over rated. I went from 2:30 to 2:11 clean time. No big deal. The green light is no big deal. The water temperature is neat, I can see bottom temp vs surface temp.
