It stopped working after 14 months ( actual use less than 7 months). Also, when it was working, it didn't clean very well. Doesn't worth the money at all.

Tech support is terrible. Pool Sweep does not follow set schedule programed in app.... .

My old 9450 sport cleaned as good or better. The smart 1st time optimization feature was over rated. I went from 2:30 to 2:11 clean time. No big deal. The green light is no big deal. The water temperature is neat, I can see bottom temp vs surface temp.

The filter basket doesn’t last very long, the screen separates from the frame. The cord that is not suppose to tangle, tangles constantly.

Well for the first 13 months it worked great, to day went to start it up to clean the bamboo leave out of the pool and what to we get an error code. Called support and they said to try a few things. No luck. It’s currently at the local Leslie pool waiting to be diagnosed and hopefully the warranty will cover any issues. A very expensive unit to last a little over a year. Time to wait and see what happens. I. While I wait I’m looking for possible options to replace it if the warranty doesn’t cover the unit. Fingers crossed... read more

Have been using the cleaner for several months. When pool gets dirty after a storm, basket fills up and the cleaner fails to climb the walls. Had several occasions, where the cleaner turned over and we didn't notice it. Would be nice to have a "turn over" alarm. On the positive, it does a great job in cleaning and picks up a lot of dust and debris in the pool. Still out to the jury is how it will perform in a year or two.

Good cleaner overall, but the technical service after sales leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased my cleaner and have used it in an overseas location with no problems for approximately 10 months. It seemed to be what I had been looking for all along, and I have since recommended it to several colleagues who have purchased similar units. The challenge came recently when my unit failed, presenting with an "Error 10" message. I wrote a detailed e-mail to the technical service department outlining the specifics of my challenge... read more

Bought a Polaris two years ago After two years it just quit Was told it was the cord but the whole unit didn’t work and the tech couldn’t get it to work in the pool store You (Polaris) replaced the whole unit Two Months later it quit running Brought it in and was told the cord was faulty Cord was replaced without cost I then asked how long of a warranty I had on the new second unit that was needing a cord replacement after two months and was told I no longer had a warranty on my unit because it was a replacement of the... read more

I like almost everything about it. Two things that would be nice: 1. a screw cap to protect the hose connector end when disconnected from the unit (just like there's a screw cap on the unit to protect it). 2. The mapping function to be certain it get the entire pool bottom (especially for those of us with an irregularly shaped pool).
